We somehow picked up a virus that completely locked down our new computer. I tried to get rid of it myself with the help of some various websites but had no luck. My kids were about to lose their minds because they had no internet access so I sent High Voltage an email asking for help asap! About 10 minutes later I received a response. After about 15 minutes and 4 emails later my computer was back up and running!
I learned two things today - 1) Apple is still the way to go and 2) Until I can afford one for the kids, High Voltage is my go to computer-fix-it source! Thanks again for your help!

I would highly recommend Steve and High Voltage. I had a massive virus problem and Steve went above and beyond to get everything cleaned up and working. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to solving my problem working in excess of 12 hours to find my files and remove viruses. If you are having computer issues make you first and last call to High Voltage.

Beyond Expectations! Steve is by far the first person who really seemed to give a damn in helping someone who struggles with a computer. I would recommend Steve to anyone who needs assistance be it personal or business. He is extremely knowledgeable and gets it done quickly and right! In addition, he explains things in a language the novice can understand and is quickly available for any followup questions or issues. This is the first time in years I feel comfortable using my equipment.
