Went there because there was something stuck in my son's iPad charging port. Went there and the guy was really nice. He told me the outer metal around the charger got stuck inside the charging port. Took it out in like a minute. Didn't charge me for it. If I have any issues with iPad, iPhone or anything, I'm definitely coming back here!

Phenomenal customer service- "speed ran my Xbox". Loved the folks there! I'm sure they fix almost anything, and give EXCELLENT advice! Came in for Xbox repair (HDMI micro soldering, used a specific compound to hold better!), browsed and purchased some other items after going around the mall and grabbed some food. The doctor is in!

My daughters iPad had a broken charging port and was unusable. She has an intellectual disability and is very leery of new things, so I wanted to see if it could be fixed. Took it to this business, was quoted $125-175 as it also needed to have the screen replaced. Waited 2 weeks for the item without promised updates by text and then picked it up, working and paid $175. 2 weeks later, it is unable to be charged.
I called and left a message asking for details of their warranty on their work and never heard back after several hours. I called and was appalled to be told that they were busy with customers in the shop(well I am actually a doctor so I'm busy too) I'd have to bring it in to be looked at and that's their warranty(okay, I get that) but no, they're not just going to give me all of my money back. Okay, that makes me angry.
I never asked for that over the phone or in my message, there was no need to be so rude, and I'm the customer and your repair failed. Done with you. Thought of charging back a portion of the repair, but just don't want to deal with them again in any way. Poor customer service, even if the repair had held. Nope.

I was happy to find a local place that was willing to take a look at my professional headphones! I gave them a call on a Wed when the Berlin Mart location is not open and they let me know they would be able to take a look at them on Thursday. I walked in and was greet promptly first thing in the morning and walked out 15 minutes later with my favorite headphones working again! Thanks UR G DOCTORS! I may stop trying to fix things on my own knowing there are pros right around the corner!

Thieves/Scammers! I dropped my PlayStation 4 off to Gadget Drs, along with a controller, to be repaired. It took me MONTHS to get in touch with them, but when I did finally, he claimed he couldn't fix it, (yet charged me a service fee), and then was UNABLE to locate my PlayStation! He then had the nerve to tell me he was too busy, had more important things to do, and to take him to court! Terrible customer service and irresponsible business people!

I took my fiber testing equipment to their shop. I had two options: to have them try to fix the item or buy a new one, - replacement value over $1,000. And based on the numbers of stars on the review you bet they fixed it, in 3 days. They charged me a very reasonable price. I actually tried to convince them to charge me more since they saved me a lot of money, and part of the deal was to leave a review, but I would have done it anyway since they deserve it. Highly skilled and professional.

Excellent service. Jonathan is a very knowledgeable, personable guy. Explains ahead of time your options. Used him services twice to replace the battery on my Pixel that others would not do, and to try to restore the accidentally deleted photos on the same phone. He has also fixed my son's iPhone that others would not touch. Repairs are done in exactly the times he promises. Good communications, reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone, and would use him again (hope not to have a need :)!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! This guy is THE WORST guy ever. Not only is he a total liar but he's cocky and arrogant when you decide to ask for a refund because it took so long for him to get the screen for my phone. His first lie after a week of waiting for the screen to come in was "Oh I didn't read my emails they canceled the order, I will reorder it again".
You own a business and you don't check your emails for a week? Lie number 2 "I reordered the screen, it will be in on Tues. I will call you". Never called me so I called him on a Thurs. and he said "Oh yeah it's in". Dude REALLY? Go back to get it fixed and he ordered the wrong screen WTH! Waited another week, he said it was in, I went to get it fixed and the moron opens it up and the new screen has a scratch on it.
Do you always make a habit of NOT inspecting the merchandise when it comes in? With that, I had enough and told him never mind I just want my money back, which by the way he took his sweet time doing that also, I had to call him 2 times about that. I ended up getting it fixed PLUS had a glass screen protector put on it (for free, where he was going to charge me 20.00 for) in less than 30 minutes.
It was a few dollars more but guess what? It was so worth it, I didn't have to deal with his ignorant a@@ again. I then find out that he IS NOT suppose to be even fixing cell phones. His store is only suppose to fix computers and laptops. I will be taking this further for the mere fact that this cocky kid lies to his customers. So BUYERS BEWARE! He doesn't even deserve 1 star but it won't let you not give one.

We are extremely unhappy with Gadget guys. We purchased the Kodi from them to stream TV. They never informed us we would have to pay a fee every year. They also never told us there was a fee to watch live TV. Everything was very complicated with the program and very slow to download. It was very expensive to purchase. When we complained about the issues we were having they rushed my husband through what to do and told him they are very busy.
He called later that day and they still said they were too busy to talk to him on the phone. They told him to call their other store on Monday. I think that is ridiculous as we purchased it through them! When we asked for our money back they said they do not give you refunds. We will never deal with them again! Buyer beware!

I purchased the Q box for streaming and it has never worked as it is supposed to. I have emailed for help with the problems at least twice but more likely three times and got no response. I took it to the store and explained the problem of selecting a movie and acts like it is loading but just keeps spinning and then goes back to the movie selections again, over and over and maybe after 20 minutes of frustration it will play the movie but with buffering.
I was just told they are having the same issue and play movies on 720 instead of 1080. I gave up and brought another box from another company and no issues. So its not my wifi of anything else but the Q box. I now have 2 boxes from 2 different companies with no issues and great customer support. The Q box is sitting in a pile on the floor.
