Techs-on-Call is an on-site computer repair and service company based out of Nashville, NC. Techs-on-Call does not have a physical office; we do all our repair work on-site, which helps keep our cost low and improves our service. It is better to see a computer where it is not working so that the problem can be reproduced. We have been a local business since 2005.
You do not need to worry that our service will be outsourced to some distant location. All repairs and services are done locally, usually in your home or business but sometimes for especially slow repairs, we pick up your equipment and return it to you in a few days.

Services
Our general on-site coverage area is Edgecombe, southeastern Franklin, northeastern Johnston, southern Halifax, Nash, Wilson, eastern Wake, and northern Wayne counties. We can travel beyond that for an additional fee. We are available by phone Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm, Saturday between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
We come to your home at your convenience to work on your computer. Our usual availability is Monday through Friday during standard business hours. We sometimes are available Saturday afternoon and after-hours. Techs-on-Call is closed on Sunday. We are open most holidays. Also note: We do not deliberately open or view any of your documents or pictures without your permission or unless it is required to perform the work, such as verifying emails were transferred.However, if we happen to see anything illegal, such as child pornography, then we must report this to the police.
