I'm pretty good with computers, but didn't have the time to fix mine. What was going to be a massive headache, was simply cleaning a pin on one of my ram sticks. While I was in there, the one guy was being incredibly patient with this older lady. Exactly the type of guys I'd send my parents to. Couldn't recommend more

Brandon did a great job transferring all the files from My husband's MacBook Pro (2018). The computer screen crashed and for a reasonable amount Brandon was able to recover everything. and in a timely manner! Plus he was so very kind! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here. I was traveling and when I arrived, my daughter's laptop wasn't working. We took it to Computer Tech USA and they were so friendly and helpful. They rushed the job for us and quickly determined what was wrong. They called and asked before they did anything. They did not push for unnecessary repairs. They were clear and explanatory. The price was reasonable. I wish they were in my town. Thank you Brandon and Josh. What great employees.

The worst experience I've ever received from a "tech" employee. The employee on duty Josh said my device couldn't be repaired but to purchase a newer one. Well, I took it to a family-own tech business a few miles down the road and I was informed it only needed a reboot and system updates due viruses. After a few hours my device was fixed. I'm grateful for the fix because my device was very expensive and Important. I only went to Computer Tech because their never busy like the family-own business down the road.

Josh and Brandon were awesome to deal with they helped pick the right parts for the right price for my new gaming rig, I highly recommend both of them. Brandon did an awesome job on the build at a great price and had it done the same day I dropped it off. Y'all keep up the good work hope to see y'all soon when I decide to upgrade some stuff.

These guys are great. To start off a bought a computer from them 9 months ago and it still works like the day i got it, but that not the main reason for this review. I called up there and asked them if they would be interested in working on a piece of glass manufacturing equipment because there was a possible board issue. Over the phone i explained what the machine did and that is was far from a computer. He response was "bring it over!" 2 weeks later my machine was fixed and for a amazing price. I was more than overly impressed with them.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! You are wasting your time and gas if you are searching for any place else. They went above and beyond to make me happy and in doing that they made a customer for life! Thank you! Best prices too!

For anyone who has had computer repairs done in the past you realize it is part science part witchcraft. These guys can be a little overconfident and jump to a diagnosis that steers their repair judgment. They can also be overconfident as to how long the repairs will take. that being said they were able to repair my desktop for a fair price and a reasonable amount of time.

As with any repair there were a few glitches along the way. They spent an incredible amount of time optimizing and cleaning up my hard drive for no additional cost. These are good guys that work hard to do it right. just be patient and you'll be happy with the work that is done.

These guys are both expensive and unethical. For about $200, they "fixed" my laptop's power jack, after they had it at the store for about a week, and 3 months later the power jack that they re-soldered, rather than replaced, broke. Then, when they were told that their repair was poor quality, they responded by saying that their repair was likely well done, and that my "rough-housing" of the laptop, "likely by" "using it while it is on your lap", was actually the cause of the problem. Then, they said that if I bring my laptop to the store and let it "sit in line" (That line is a few days long, temporally.), and they subsequently determine that the cause of the breakage was neither "using the laptop while it's on your lap" nor any other variety of "rough-housing", that they would repair it at no financial cost, however, if they determined the cause to be my "using the laptop while it's on your lap" or any other variety of "rough-housing", then I was told that I would be charged the standard rates for the repair and man hours. Oh, here's the kicker: A replaced power jack for my laptop costs about $5, and it takes only minutes to replace it. (There are videos all over youtube and elsewhere showing this simple process, step by step.) Avoid these scoundrels at all costs. (Thankfully, there won't be any relative costs incurred since you'll be saving money by not giving these vermin your business.) Tl; DNR (Summarily): ComputerTechUSA is deployable by most every measure of both customer service quality of work.and that's all I have to say about that.
