Warranty: Pegasus Technology Services includes a one-year warranty on labor and new parts and products that we install, regardless of the part manufacturer's warranty.

Pegasus Technology Services was founded in 2006 by its President, Jesse Roscoe, after many years of operating as a sole proprietor in Flagstaff, Arizona. Today PTS is a growing local Flagstaff business. PTS was established to provide the best and most reliable information technology services, products, and support to Flagstaff and the Northern Arizona community.
Managed IT Services are updates, maintenance, and 24/7 monitoring by PTS for a flat monthly rate. PTS takes control of your systems, and we're responsible for everything working smoothly without interruptions. Equipment and systems break and cause unplanned expenses, disruptions and lost productivity.
Remote access allows Pegasus Technology Services to connect to your computer remotely from our office to yours. We connect with your permission to diagnose and fix the problem. The remote access is disconnected when we're finished. Our fee for remote work is billed in 30 minute increments, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes.
