This is the BEST computer shop in the area! They have been doing business in the Knox and Lawrence County area for at least 25 years now. I have bought several used laptops and one gaming desktop system from Dave and what few problems i had (most were self inflicted, after all I am a gamer) were taken care of within 48 hours at a very fair price. When I first found out about Triple T Computers I had taken my laptop to The Geek Squad and they gave me an estimate of almost $350 to fix my laptop. Dave replaced the screen and the total bill was only $159.95! I will never take my computers anywhere else.

This is the only place I will take my computer for now on. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I had my laptop back in the same day. If you want someone who is honest and your computer fixed right the "first time" then I highly recommend taking your computer here. I like how David took the time to explain what the problem was with the computer and fixed it good as new.

A friend of mine bought win7 for $109 from this store. I saw the receipt. I decided I wanted to get win7 so I went to the same store and asked for it. The employee got it and said the cost was $159. I told him my friend just bought it a couple months ago for $109. He said that was impossible. I told him I saw the receipt. He insisted. it was impossible.
I said, "But I saw the receipt." He became angry and YELLED at me, he didn't give a $%@#, he KNOWS he didn't sell it to ANYONE for that price because that's below his cost. I told him, again, that I was sure of the price and that the receipt did indeed come from his store. He yelled even louder, that he knew *%#@ well, he didn't sell it for that low!
I never raised my voice or became angry. I knew the receipt had come from their store and how much they had sold win7 for to my friend, so I called my friend and asked him to bring his receipt to the store. At that point, the owner/employee calmed down a little and asked my friends name. I told him and he found the receipt in his files. He discovered that he did indeed, charge my friend, $109.
He said it was because my friend had paid a lot of money to get his computer fixed, so they gave him a break and sold it to him, at their cost of $109. He had told me earlier, $109 was below his cost, so he lied. Even when he realized I had told the truth, his response was that, he wasn't going to sell it to anyone else for that price. I left the store, with him giving an apology that was more of a defense than an apology. "I'm sorry, but.". I was so upset to be treated this way, I was fighting tears.
