Services
Rivenwood Computer Care services all PC, Laptop makes and Models whether it is hardware or software issues. This is a complete clean reload of your Operating System such as Windows XP, VISTA, SEVEN, 8.0, 8.1, and 10. All updates and subsidiary software such as: Adobe reader, Adobe Flash, Java, Fire-Fox, AVG (or client specific antivirus) Office program (basic or client provided) Burning software, and DVD viewing software. Price ranges are based upon how much data or damage was done to the computer, but prices rarely go above $100 unless hardware is being replaced.
The following are desktop systems only and prices do not reflect shipping, taxes, and or on-site installation. Monitors sold separately. The VETT is a small compact, but fast mini-PC that is ideal for the budget minded user whom has need of a replacement tower. This system is perfect for Seniors, Middle School, High School, and Home users who need a system for internet use, research, email, and light entertainment.
Rivenwood's Odyssey system is designed for the Votech/Trade School student. The Odyssey comes unassembled and ready for construction. The Odyssey has great potential for further expansion if the student or institution so desires. This system comes with the Tower, Keyboard, Mouse, CPU, Motherboard, Memory, Hard drive, and optical drive.
After payment has been cleared, Towers take from 3 - 7 business days to be constructed and tested. All towers come with a 3 year limited warranties. The limited warranty covers parts for three years and partial labor for the 2nd and 3rd years. Warranty does not cover software corruption or data loss.

Unusual location for a shop but customer service was great. I brought in my computer for repairs and was charged what I would consider a very reasonable fee for the time required to diagnose the issue. Very friendly owner and I always love to support small, local businesses. Will definitely use Rivenwood for my computer needs in the future.
