I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the service, communication, and transparency that I experienced with NTG. My laptop fans had gone out, and upon completion of the repair they identified an issue with my hinges. Talking it through, we came up with a good plan, and off I went for less than I was anticipating having to pay (and I didn't have to buy a new computer - wahoo!). Very pleased

This is the RIGHT PLACE TO GO when having computer issues. These guys are helpful, knowledgeable, professional and customer focus. I don't leave many reviews usually but I felt compelled to do so as they went above and beyond with their service. Even when we had a slight misunderstanding it was fixed on the spot with no questions asked. I Highly recommend NerdsToGo

I received excellent service from the owner, Angel as well as from his management and technical team members. There was quick response to my request for service! No long waiting! Caesar was my technician and he provided beyond exceptional service! I had numerous tech issues and Caesar patiently and skillfully provided a solution for them all! I was over joyed because I am now able to use my printer from my iPhone and my laptop!
I am also able to scan from my printer to others email via my gmail account. Virus protection was added and I happily purchased the Nerds To Go 5 hour package that I can use for future services needed! Thank you Nerds to Go! Thank you Caesar! Showed up at appointment time. My wifi was not connecting sometimes. I have no computer knowledge. Tech saw the problem that being I am WiFi. connected to the internet which is not a good connection. Suggested I get a hard wire connection. They will get back to me with information on the best programs for me, a senior. I will have to contact a provider to order a hard wired installation.

Pleasant. My Trident 3 could not turn on. Went to Best Buy Geek Squad and the gentlemen there told me that it was my power adapter's problem when I said that I purchased another adapter and could not get it to work. Then he recommended this place. Walked in after coming out from Best Buy and paid them to inspect and the next morning heard from them with diagnosis provided - motherboard needs replacement.

Hard drive would not start after power surge/outage, called in a panic and NerdsToGo was able to expedite, look and diagnose (fried mother board) within just a few hours of me calling/dropping off. My computer was very, very old (2008, right?!). I needed to be back up and Running yesterday, as I use my computer for work. NerdsToGo built me a new computer, recovered all my data, transferred everything, and gave me a tour of my new computer when I picked it up.
I had a few question abut setting it up when I got home, they were so helpful! I was back up and running in just a few days. Recovering data from my old computer was slowww, due to it's age. Would and will highly recommend!

As a personal assistant for an executive couple with high-level tech skills, Nerds-to-Go provided the final pieces of knowledge and technical skill to identify and fine tune a couple of issues that were hindering max performance of their home network. Steven was amazing, professional, fast and communicative. He quickly realized that he was speaking tech talk with a highly knowledgeable professional and was therefore able to move quickly and efficiently to remedy the issue.

The establishment itself is clean an pleasant, and the staff are both polite and obviously know what they're doing. Best of all, their turn-around time is fantastic; I went to another local store first and was brushed off and told that my laptop would get fixed no sooner than three weeks, but the folks at NerdsToGo had it up and running and back in my hands the following day. It works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier.

Went here because my pc keeps shutting off. They charged me a diagnostic fee makes sense so I paid up from. I get a call 4 hours later saying my pc is running fine no issues at all they stressed tested it and it's working fine. Took it home started up my pc loaded up a game and it immediately shut off. I asked for a refund they said they don't give any and I can use that next time I go in. Like I'm gonna be back

They are very friendly but the first time I took my computer in and got it back I had to take it back in right away because it wasn't fully set up after the new hard drive installation, and they gave me the wrong charger that was broken. On top of that I waited over three weeks and I needed it for school. The second time I went i had a mouse glitch and problems running programs on my computer, I thought it was a virus but I don't know much about computers so I was hoping they would trouble shoot it and fix the problem.
I got it back after paying for them to install an antivirus but they didn't even fix the problem I had with my computer. Now I have to take it in again or just figure it out myself because I can't keep going without a computer during school.

This place saved my life! My laptop decided to jump off the dining table and my main concern was my photos for over many years stored in it! I took my iMac to the Russell and Pecos store and it was stuck in the long reboot, they say they don't charge for the diagnositic they had my iMac for four days and I called them to see what was going on with it, they said it will be done the next day that they were trying to find out what's wrong. They called the next day, for me to pick up the PC, and they didn't know what was wrong with it they had it working out of that reboot stage but they could not find out the cause, they gave me some recommendations and they said they don't charge for diagnositic, but they charge me $60 dollars for "Diagnositic" even though they don't charge for that.
I took the computer home and after one hour of working it went to the same stage of the reboot, I called them but had no answer, have to say that it was on the same time were the Governor order to close all none essential business, they finally gave me a call back after a few days, but by the time I had fix the issue my self and had no problems with it now, I guess there not really good on Apple products. Over all ok! For caring
