During the midst of the pandemic I was able to quickly get an appointment to repair my laptop. The customer service was excellent and the price reasonable. I recommend Compu-Tech fully and without reservation.

Each time I have brought a laptop to Compu-tech, it was fixed promptly and at a fair price. The Compu-tech team has never tried to upsell, push unneeded services or bill for unexplained time, which are problems I have had with other computer repair firms. I feel that the owner and his staff are honest as well as competent and focused on providing excellent customer service. I will continue to use them even though there are other operations closer to my home.

I called to get an estimate. The person I spoke with was very helpful. She told me what the probable causes were for my problems and discussed the various options regarding repair. We determined that the laptop was not worth fixing. I was very impressed with the professional nature and quality of this response.

I was in the middle of a busy work day and my lap top screen shut off. Instead of chucking it across the office I made the wise decision to call computech. This was Thursday morning, and not only did I have excel sheets on there that I needed, I was leaving Friday night for vacation! After calming down and packing up my computer I headed across town to computech and was greeted right away by a very understanding receptionist.

I filled out a sheet describing the issue and explained that I needed it fixed asap. While I was busy researching new laptops and preparing for the worst computech came through in the clutch. Not only did I get my laptop back in less than 24 hours, it is running much faster!
