John came out the same day that I called and fixed my problem. Turned out I needed a new hard drive which he installed several days later. He was on time, professional and very helpful. His prices are very fair. He is my new IT guy.

To say my experience with John was outstanding is an understatement. I needed help at an extremely stressful time where my computer was essential, and he not only had me up and running in less than an hour but took my silly phone calls to him afterwards. My computer was hacked and needed to be cleaned I talked to john he had me bring it right in. This was a Saturday he diagnosed the problem. we talked about some other issues I was having. He was able to get the parts make the repairs and have it back to me by Sunday afternoon awesome job

He put a lot of extra work transferring files and cleaning out the dust in my fans which was going above and beyond in my opinion! And the price was great as well! I was having problems with my HP Pavilion laptop. I contacted John at Reliable Computer Repair. I bought the laptop to is his office to get an estimate cost to repair. I decided not to repair the machine do to it's age. I found a new laptop brought to John he downloaded all the information off the old hard drive onto the new Hp. All the information transferred over perfectly. He also made some additional changes that I was wanted. I was extremely satisfied with John's work and helpfulness I would recommend him.

Reliable Computer Repair was great to deal with. I described the problem over the phone, dropped off my PC (outside, for Covid safety), and John was in touch with me by phone to provide regular updates and to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. He had the computer fixed promptly, I picked it up (outside, again), and it is working perfectly, with the work done exactly as I wanted. If necessary, I would go back again without hesitation.

I've been working with John at Reliable for 23 years, I won't go anwhere else for my computer needs. Whenever I call for a repair he comes right out on the same day or the next day, and usually has me back up and running in an hour.
