We provide Computer recovery for those computers with a failed hardrive, or other ailments. We fix Virus, malware or other problems which often plague computers.
Eric has helped me throughout the year. Being a Real Estate Agent he has helped set up my MacBook with Parallels & Windows 7 so that I could access the CT MLS on my Mac. Whenever I have technological questions, Eric is the first person I call. Eric (the magician) has been helping me for several years with various computer setups and subsequently with problems that inevitably come along. He is a delightful to work with, and you can imagine how thankful I am to have a problem solver to call on when it comes to my computer!

We trust Eric with all of our IT needs. He set up our new Mac and transferred all of the information and photos from our very old PC. He explains everything clearly and his fees are very reasonable. He is extremely reliable and personable. Whenever we have a question, Eric gets back to us with an answer right away. We are very grateful for Eric's help and expertise and recommend him very highly.
