Technicians are fast and friendly. They do a good job of communicating expectations and the details of what's going on with the repair.

Predatory business practice called for a quote to install more ram in laptop was quoted $100.00 installed. Was charged $79.95 up front for evaluation was told it would go towards repair cost verbally confirmed it would go towards labor & parts. Called said hard drive had bad sectors & would gladly replace for $300.00! Didn't disagree drive is old but working just wanted to increase ram prior to replacing. Was told ram was $99.00 up front before order and 79.00 fee did not cover. At that point I picked up computer and left. So I was simply RIPPED OFF for $79.00 with no improvement to my laptop.

The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. My family and I have been going to them for over 10 years, and we won't take our business elsewhere.

This place is a rip off! They told me they could fix our computer. They guy "worked" on it for hours and still had not fixed it. They do not know what they are doing! They still charged over $300. My advice is do not go here!

If i can give negative stars I would. All we needed done was screw the screen down back to the keyboard. They charged $90 and still didnt fix the issue. As soon as my wife picked up the laptop it fell apart again. They then decided to not give the laptop back without paying for the full amount. We will never use this company again. I'm ok with the $49 diagnostic fee and be willing to pay that again (somewhere else).

The issue is they didnt fix the problem. A simple screw/hinge needed to be reattached and it didnt work. YOU ARE A REPAIR SHOP, REPAIR THE ITEMS THAT ARE BROUGHT INTO YOUR SHOP.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They could not fix my printer. They used up a brand new $60 ink cartridge, then asked for us to buy more ink. Apparently they were just running the head cleaning option on the printer over and over again, which is something I could have done at home (and, obviously, I did try that already). Complete incompetence. The staff was vague, confusing, and frustrating.

They ended up insisting on keeping the deposit, inferring that they could've charged more even tho they did not fix our printer. they actually wanted to keep running the printer head program on it, which was not fixing it and wasting ink. Again, something we could do at home. Overall, we could have just bought a new printer with all the money we spent on 6 to 9 PC Repair.

They only had to replace the internal battery on my PC. While i stood at the counter, the tech took the computer apart to find the battery. Now it's a week later and they say it will be another week to fix. The $45 diagnostic went to $100 total just for labor plus $20 estimate for battery. It only took the teck maximum 15 minutes to take the PC apart.

So how the labor is now $100 is beyond reasonable rates. Camper trailer repair is $82 per hour and Davis Appliance charges $85 service call. This i delivered to them and I believe taken to the cleaners which now has had the same price to clean shirts for at least 10 years. $15 minimum wage would not be enough to offset the price increase in non manual labor jobs.

I know I'm rambling but, this has really upset this old man to the point I'm going to pick up my computer and replace the battery myself of the whole computer. Just to replace the battery is almost half the cost of a new computer. So if they can build a new one so cheap it does not pay to get it repaired.

I brought my laptop in with the hinge problem the gentleman help me put a new screw in and got me out the door no charge I really enjoyed my visit then I'll be back for any repairs. I'd have to get a piece completely replaced so he at least got it fixed where I can use it.

6 to 9 is really busy. That's just the bottom line. Things get missed when people are busy. I left my laptop with them for the second time. I was happy with the first service. The second service that took two weeks? Hahahaha. They had printed out the old invoice, taped it to the laptop, and called me to come pick it up. Nothing new was done on the laptop.

They just got confused. I guess the only thing I'm out is two weeks -- but dang that is two weeks that I could have left the laptop with a store that might actually have fixed it. I felt like crying. I know. I need to suck it up. And I will. But I won't go back here. Two weeks for nothing! (Smart computer guys are not the best at customer service.) At least I've learned a lot about my iPhone in the time away from my laptop. Oh! And since it'll be going to another store to get fixed THIS time. I guess I will keep learning.

I don't know why it took them a week just to blow dust out of a fan. And I don't know why they adamantly refused to reapply insulation unless I gave them my passwords, but I do know I will never recommend this place to anyone I care about. If you want your computer fixed completely, then make the drive to Augusta.
