Cliff, service manager, is always extremely professional and informative in handling my service calls. He takes the time to hear my concerns and makes it a point to address each one and educate on how to potentially eliminate the problem from occurring in the future. He is very thorough with his maintenance and very pleasant in his disposition. He cares about the quality of his work and the reputation of the company he works for. A rarity these days.

I give them NO Stars! Just signed a contract two months ago. All of the things we were told about the service were incorrect. Never got our first replacement toner, so the first time I ran out, It had to be ordered and delivered overnight to me. Still did not receive for a couple of days. Hard to run a business with no printer toner. Alfred sold us, and by the time we got our equipment Alfred was gone. Another sales person that took his place is already gone too. Getting out of our contract!

I found Comdoc while trying to find equipment in a very small town called Bluffton, SC to help with a job that needed some short term rentals of copiers and printers. Spoke with Alfred which was very polite. He asked me to send over my needs via email and he would get back to me. Mike the president contact me back with all of the info i needed. He offered me a great info, new machines, specs on the gear and was helpful in many ways. I have now found a partner that i trust to handle any job. Plus they also handle Georgia too so that is a big plus! Thanks for everything to the Comdoc team! A+++
