What a rip off place. I called to get a quote for a really good DELL laptop in perfect condition and all the want to offer is $25! That's a HUGE rip off. Refurbished ones sell for $250-700 by many different retailers. This laptop doesn't need any work. And is in perfect condition. It was my work laptop that was given routine maintenance by my companies IT dept. Do not use this place to sell anything. They will low ball you and make bank off what you sell them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bought an iPhone 6, stated they replaced battery with a new one. However, the battery dies after 2-3 hrs of use. Had it plugged in overnight (so far its been 3 days of this) and after a couple hrs use it is down to 19% or less. I charged it today and made sure it said 100% before leaving the house. after 2.5 hrs its down to 19% again.

My boyfriend just took his Phone in and got a digitizer and screen put in his iPhone 8 Plus and they were really quick about fixing it, And also very reasonable price! Definitely recommend going here if you need a phone fixed! Thank you A plus computer's!

I bought an ASUS laptop a year and a half ago for my mother to use. Hey he paperwork that came with it stated that the laptop had a new BATTERY! However, after getting it home, my mother stated to me that she constantly had to keep it plugged in if she wanted to continue to use it. After a couple months my mother then precedes to tell me that the laptop won't even come on anymore, that something is wrong with it.

I informed my mother that I would come pick it up and take it back to A+ Computers, where I paid over $200.00 for a used laptop. Keep in mind with me working two jobs and then this pandemic that broke out, I wasn't able to get it back to them until this week 04/27/2020. I told the sales person everything that was wrong with the laptop and that the battery never did work, that it constantly had to be plugged in to be used.

I even showed him the papers when I got it, where it stated that the laptop had a new battery. He stated he would let me know through text when to come pick it up. So, they text me today, stating (what I already knew) that the laptop will need a new battery, and that the cost will be $65. He also stated that my laptop was out of warranty. So, I go to pick it up and have to wait out in the parking lot for over 30 mins (after texting him twice that I was out in the parking lot, and for him to please bring the laptop out to me), and then had to actually call the store before he would bring the laptop out.

He then opened up the container that the laptop was in and wanted me to reach for it. After getting the laptop he stated "thanks" as I was driving off. I get home to find that the laptop still does not work! So, be careful of what you are buying there! I will NOT be back to this store again! Plus, I will be sure to let as many people know my experience and what "A+ Computers" did about it!

This was a MOST pleasant shopping experience - which is MORE than welcome this close to Christmas! I highly recommend Thomas at A Plus Computers - Items in the store are fairly priced, and Thomas is very skilled in what he does. Glad to be able to support hometown businesses like this one!

Quick turnaround, gave details of the process, and pricing before working on it so I could make a decision on what I needed. The computer is working great and they kept us informed throught the repair process. Great to do business with and very personable!

My laptop kept freezing up on me and I was about to toss it. Luckily they were able to fix it like new and it's been working great ever since! Friendly service and a really clean store. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using a plus computers for years and they have always been very informative. I have bought many computers off them over the years with great service after the sale as well. If there is something they don't have in stock they order it for me and install it in a timely manner. If anyone doesn't like this company then no company will satus those type people.

I cracked/damaged my phone screen numerous times over the years and have always had to pay a lot of money to get it replaced. They only charged $72 for an iPhone 6 screen. Best price I've seen so far.

Great company, and very knowledgeable about computers. Also fast service! I have been using A-Plus PC for 14 years now and have been extremely happy with their services. A-Plus has built many high end computers for us in order to keep up with our company's high volume of architectural design work. Highly recommend them for anyone, especially any business professional.

They did what was required to get my laptop running again. They also sell refurbished computers and laptops. They have a wide selection. When my laptop finally dies (I am still using Vista) I would certainly consider them as a local alternative to the big box stores.
