NCS Wireless is a sister company to Nally's Computer Service, all equipment is maintained by our staff enabling us to expand and address issues quickly without waiting on a 3rd party. Currently we are in limited areas of Washington county and constantly expanding, however due to the geography of our area the signal can get blocked by hills and tree lines.

Love my wifi and package its a good price for what i use. Alot better since i switched to online payments instead of getting one in the mail. Everyone there has great customer service except for one lady. My wifi kept getting turned off every month because i never received a bill in the mail to remind me. I am a single mother with a job that requires me to work at least 60+ hours a week.
On top of taking care of my 2yr old son. It happened 3 or 4 seperate occasions my wifi being turned off due to nonpayment so i would have to call and constantly pay a reconnection fee on top of my bill. I told the lady i wasnt receiving the bill in the mail. Instead of apologizing she was extremely rude and said "well i know it got mailed out because im the one who does it" i told her how is it none of my other bills have this problem my wifi bill is the only one and it was every month.
I asked multiple times if i could just get a username to enroll myself in online pay to prevent this problem and she hung up on me. TWICE! i FINALLY was able to talk to another person in the office and was emailed my username to enroll and havent had a problem since. Other than the Rude lady that answers the phones. Nalleys is definitely the way to go!

I couldn't say enough great things about this business. I am currently working from home and have had some issues pleasing my employer with speed test and different things. I am sure Nally's was annoyed with me and all my calls lol but they never showed it! They were so amazing, helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond for me doing what they could to get everything right.
So nice and caring! You can tell they really care about their customers. They are the best service around me, in price and speed. I would recommend them to anyone! Simply put AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!

This company is horrible and full of lies. We schedule 2 times and no one can keep their word and appointment to come. When we called to see what going on first time they never answered us. An hour later after 1st time on sat they emailed and said they would come Monday. I called mon and made appointment and they didn't show up. The lady on the phone told me the guy could stop on his way to the office.
They Stood us up again. When I called 30 mins later they lied and said he came. I told them I been home all day and no one has come. They lied. Then talked and told my husband I was acting crazy just because we are fed up with getting stood up. The lady phone was really rude along with man in back ground. I was not even yelling at them. They lost our business. Don't waste ur time. They are liars and have very bad customer service. Don't waste your money or time.

Had an install on Friday for internet and today my husband called to tell them about the technical issues we were having. The tech guys were super nice and very informative! They were very personable and answered all my questions that day and told me to call back Monday to pay for the install or that it would be billed to me. The package we got wouldn't support my daughters use of watching videos on her iPad without buffering 6/7 time is in a 5 minute video, we couldn't back up our iPhones due to lack of support in the internet, and we couldn't rent a movie off of dish because of lack of support.
After speaking with a lady that worked there that answered the phone, she was completely rude to my husband about the issue and hung up on him. Only to call him back and to leave a message to leave our equipment out that they would be back to get it. Mind you, my husband only wanted them to let them know our issues to see what could be done. We had a great experience up until the lady was rude! Makes me sad because we wanted to try their next package up but due to her lack of consumer care we will take our busniess else where!
