About 3 months ago I was having trouble with my computer not wanting to boot windows up and occasionally freezing up. I took it to a local repair shop and they informed me that my hard drive was failing and my computer needed more memory. After hearing the estimated cost of repair on a fairly new computer I decided to get a second opinion, boy am I glad I did.

After talking to Jeff and paying a small diagnostics fee he called me and suggested a clean install of windows. After picking it up the next afternoon I reinstalled any software I previously had on it (printer, games, ect.). It runs as good as the day I purchased it. Didn't need a hard drive or more memory, Hats off to the Computer guy sales and service for their knowledge, honesty and prompt service. Will I be a repeat customer if future repairs are necessary? ABSOLUTELY.

I'm incredibly disappointed with this place. I brought in my computer for a broken charger plug. The computer was working fine, but the plug was not staying in place on its own. After charging me $45 to look at it, they informed me it would need a completely new motherboard at a cost of $290. No thanks. When I got the computer home, the thing wouldn't even turn on.

Won't take a charge with the plug held in place, nothing. It was functioning just fine the day before when I brought it in. I have no idea what to do and now will end up paying who knows how much to get my computer fixed elsewhere. Don't trust them with your computer.
