They have helped us with all our computer issues including coming to the house. They are prompt, helpful and explain things I understand

I'm giving this 2 stars because I left my PlayStation there to get it fixed and it's still not working / accepting discs

I'm new to the area & so thankful these guys are here! My MacBook Pro's keys (2, w, s, x, tab) weren't working. They got the part to fix it & got it all taken care of swiftly. It's an old refurbished (2012) so I'm just grateful to be extending the life of this thing.

Rockbound Computers ROCKS! Not only was the women who helped very nice, she also took the time to try a number of different ways to fix my external drive and she found one! The price was very reasonable and having looked for similar help in NYC and Seattle, my only wish is that is was closer. I can not stress enough how positive my experience there was!
