We are very happy with the service and professionalism of Shane from Click Once here in our chiropractic office. We had a few problems arise and he was able to not only resolve them but helped us upgrade so problems would not surprise us in the future. He was very timely in getting our system back online. In fact I was so happy with his knowledge and expertise that I have had him work on a couple of my own personal computers and they are now running likes champs! Shane is phenomenal. Our business (video production) is very demanding on our machines and he has helped maximize the potential of our hardware. When one of the graphics cards on our machines was having some problems, he came out same-day to run diagnostics and figure out the problem. Literally the only reason I'm giving him 4 stars instead of 5 is because statistically people tend to trust a slightly-less-than-perfect score more than they do a perfect score, and I think every businesses that uses computers should be working with Click Once.

I was in panic mode. I had one day for some computer work to be completed for my moms 90th birthday. Shane, calmed me done and stated he would do his best and make it a priority eventhough he was working on other projects. I didn't know him, other computer techs had been unsuccessful. Shane called me within hours, he didn't stop there he followed up to ensure everything went well. My family and especially my mom was extremely happy. I would highly recommend Shane.

I love working with Shane Gibby at Click Once! He very knowledgeable and great to work with. He has been VERY responsive to our needs as we work through the birthing pains of opening a new company. I like his maintenance plan that allows me to pay a low monthly fee for the peace of mind of knowing he will monitor all of our computers and internet connections to prevent problems and eliminate down time. I highly recommend him to all business users too big to do it your self but too small to have a full time person on staff.

We had an old computer that needed cleaning and updating. Shame did a great job and added a new sad hard drive. The computer is now faster abs working great.

Shane has been wonderful in taking care of my computer. He is professional and certainly knows and understands computers extremely well. He has been able to fix any problems that my computer has had. He also set up my new computer, and had to transfer a lot of files because of the business. I appreciated his attention to detail and making sure everything was working correctly before he left.

Sometimes we often do our own IT work but it gets tedious, time-consuming, and overall best left to the professionals.
