Worst customer care service among all the electronic service providers i have seen. A member of their customer service namely Mr Zahid was even calling me a liar because i wanted to cancel my order. They don't even know how to treat the customers. Absolutely not recommended.

I bougth a tanix tx3 mini android tv box recently. But the tv box was not complete. The android system was not installed. Also the power supply was not working. A worst place for a tv box. I hope they replace my tv box. The store was #Level 2 Store 363.
