Ok, been coming to these guys for awhile and they have always provided perfect service including any warranty repairs. These guys are friendly and easy to deal with but they are an appointment only shop. You have to call ahead of time to schedule a time for drop off and pick up. But lately they started charging for consumer laptops which is the reason they went from 5 stars to 3 stars. Beware, if you have a consumer line Toshiba Satellite or Dell Inspiron - they will charge you for any work even under warranty. They say they are only reimbursed by the factory for commercial / enterprise / government quality laptops.

I usually don't write reviews but i had to because of awesome service. Owner knows what he is doing. Very confident and sharp. Was able to save me money otherwise i was thinking to buy a new laptop. Also replaced my broken iPhone screen. Perfect job and lowest price i could find in the neighborhood.

I had a year old Lenovo which was barely out of warranty and my screen went out. I gave it to Fawad (owner) and he completely took care of it for me. He put a new screen and gave it back to me within 2 business days (including getting parts for it). I was amazed at the customer service i got and barely paid any money for it. He even had Lenovo pay for the new LCD even though it was out of warranty.
I am a lifetime customer now. He even helps out with any general questions about your computer and provides solutions right away. I go to him with any phone issues as well. He will even replace your phone screen for you if its cracked.

I came here because it was one of the few Lenovo warranty service providers that had been reviewed (and reviewed positively). My laptop's fan had quit and the computer wouldn't turn on. The owner had told me that the part had to be ordered and shipped from the east coast, so I was expecting to be without a computer for several days. I was shocked and delighted when my laptop was completely fixed WITHIN 24 HOURS of dropping it off!
He had ordered the part the afternoon I dropped of my computer, it had arrived the following morning, and he had fixed it almost instantly it seems. All of this without any warranty issues or questions. I would definitely bring my computer back here for warranty work or not. Highly recommend!

Something wrong with your laptop? Too slow? Virus? Crashed? LCD dim? Whatever it is, e technology center will fix it. I had a broken LCD, laptop was slow, etc etc. The friendly owner, Fawad, really became a friend rather than someone just doing a job. He cared for my laptop as if it was his own. Backed up my work and fixed my LCD and my computer is back to me within 2 days. Better than shipping it out to the manufacturers for weeks. Out of warranty or in warranty they'll fix it. Sony, Toshiba, Lenovo, Fujitsu, HP, Dell.bring it in.
