Our company has been working with PC Lan Techs for several years and like all companies you'll have frustrating moments but overall this is a great company with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I literally just had an issue and turn around time was great and issue resolved quickly. You see bad reviews everyday and not positive so thought I would put it out there to be known. PC Lan Tech is a great IT company you'll be happy to have.

Do not go here for phone repairs. I took mine in to get the usb port replaced and they ended up cracking the screen. They offered to fix it for free but they delayed it for months. I cannot count the amount of times they called or emailed me to say they were ready to fix it, just to go in store and be told there was another problem. I've dropped the phone off maybe 3 times now, left it all day and on collecting it, found they couldn't get it done that day for one reason or another. Don't advertise that you do phone repairs if you are this shambolic at the task
