In 1984, Scott Storm carved a niche in the computer sales and service industry, which has set the standards for those who have tried to follow. He started with a tiny shop and soon realized that major expansion was necessary in order to fill the need in this area. Storm Computer moved to the present location over 6 years ago, which has enabled it to become the biggest Service Department in Texhoma.

We took our computer to this man and was charged 170$plus for a computer that was supposed to be fixed but instead is useless to us. We were told if the price was over 100$ he would call and discuss it. Instead he said he put a virus protector and cleaned it up and btw i didnt charge you but a hour and i spent 4 hours on it and i put a new driver in it and charged you, 60 more even tho your drive was ok.
Now you have 2. Really? Wth? Hey knock knock dodo. If i cant use my computer why the heck would i want a new driver? People amaze me with their dishonesty. Well no more of my money Storm Computers. You know there was a time when you could trust people with just their word. No more. I gave 1 star cause i got my computer back in one piece and learned a. Valuable lesson.

I walked in with an old floppy disk from 15 years ago that had some important information on it. I just wanted someone to tell me if anything still existed on it, or if there was a possibility to recover it. I found some very nice people working behind the counter who were happy to help me any way they could. Clean shop, honest opinions, you can deal with confidence around them.

I walked in looking for a ps/2 adapter as a emergency for a local business. Almost certain that given the dated technology I'm requesting would have to be ordered wait 2 days etc. A gentleman stepped out of the back asked me to wait a few minutes. Moments later he steps out with the exact part I need. We agree to a price that hasn't been in his system for 20 years. I appreciate the great customer service and the extra mile that was taken.

His business sucks and the owner is a jerk, he has a very mysogynist attitude. If I could rate this business -0 stars I would. What they charge for service is way out of line, You would do yourself a favor, and just buy a new computer from Wal-Mart. His prices for new computers are triple the cost if you would go to best buy, Wal-Mart, or. Amazon, all without the snippy woman put downs.

I had my netbook and my husband's laptop repaired here. They are very friendly, the lady at the front desk helped me figure out what was wrong with my husband's CD-Rom drive, cause it wouldn't open. She did it in a snap! They were able to fix the bug that was keeping my netbook from running fine, but it took a whole week. I really really hoped they would be able to fix it, and they didn't disappoint.
When my husband's laptop got fixed we begged for them to not erase any files (especially pictures, we have tons of them!) and they said the files wouldn't be erased. Yay! They have organized the files in a generic folder and I called them 'cause I couldn't find the folder. While on the phone, they had me install a remote access program and helped me find it (while she's in the office using her own mouse).
I thought that was cool. I was just hoping they don't use the program to access our files without our permission. The only weird thing was one day I called them to ask for a quote on installing some programs on my netbook that doesn't have a disc drive, and it was more expensive than getting an external drive itself! So I passed. I'm a satisfied customer and if anything happens to our computer in the future, I'll probably use their service again.
