I needed to take my DVD player in to get a stuck disc out of it (no eject hole) but Kris took the time and gave me over-the-phone instructions/suggestions which worked. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He saved me a trip and charged nothing for the help. We will definitely use his services for future Mac needs.

I have a 2012 Macbook that was close to dying, and I was considering buying a replacement. Kris upgraded the hard drive and streamlined the processes. They swapped out my old hard drive in my 2013 MacBook with a new flash drive. They transferred all the data flawlessly, cleaned up some old app remnants and did a full virus scan. With the new flash drive installed, it was like getting a new machine - I couldn't have been happier with my experience!
