Very knowledgeable and helpful staff in this organization. I find them to be well organized, easy to understand and they provide options for service either remote or in the settings of the device location. Service is reasonably priced and effective solutions are performed. In this ever changing tech age, having a reliable source of support is key to remaining functional and effective as a business and in the individual spaces.

Ross IT did a fantastic job of fixing our phone line fiasco at Tara Plantation of Carthage. Their response time was quick and the work completed was timely and professional and we now have all our phone and fax lines working with our new phone company. They also used our existing equipment and were able to save us money on further repairs. We highly recommend Ross IT!

I called Ross IT services after the hurricane on the recommendation of the TWC service rep. I was having internal phone system problems. The owner came in later that same day and had the issue resolved within minutes! As an afterthought I remembered that my wife's PC was working really, really slowly and he asked to have a look. Once again, problem found almost immediately and over a short while fixed for good. He clearly knows his stuff, was very easy to talk to and from now on I know who to call. Ross IT Services!
