Excellent staff and professional work done. I appreciated the staff working with us to provide good sound advice on our old 27 inch 2012 iMAC. This is replaced since it was old and the money to fix the display was used to buy a new 24 inch iMAC. Great job to all who worked on our iMAC systems.

I took my computer there in March of 2021 for a simple fix and when I got it back It has had kernel panics at least twice a day due to this. I DO NOT know what you all did but it was not cool. A 3,000 COMPUTER at the time that you help depreciate to half or less than that.

The UPC staff was very cordial and professional. Their knowledge was instrumental in solving my problem. I felt very confident that the information on my computer was kept very confidential. I plan to use their services as needed.

Over the last two weeks the team has been trying to figure out why my computer has been crashing. Multiple times they called to update me on what they were doing and they took the time to answer my questions. They did not rush me, allowed me to get a good picture of what was going on in terms that made sense to me, and they helped me think through my options with their experience and advice. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood.

Ashton was absolutely amazing! I had been running around town trying to get my phone to turn on after an update went awry, and where everywhere else told me it was my problem and to just buy a new phone, on a last hope and a prayer I decided to see if possibly University PC care could help me. Now please note they don't even work on my phone type since it is not an Apple phone, but they were extremely kind and professional and were able to get it back open and running!

I am so happy I decided to go there and just ask, highly recommend if you have any PC or Apple problems to visit them and let them take a look at it for you! Absolute best repair spot for technology in town!

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at University PC Care. I took in my elderly father's iPhone after he had locked himself out of it. They were quick to fix the problem and also able to help me make the phone more user friendly for him. While I was there, I had the opportunity to see staff interact with other customers and they were nothing but patient and kind. Highly recommend them for any problem you may have.

I have used University PC Care for many years. They are professional responsive but most of all they do it right the first time. They have always answered my questions and fixed my Apple products with speed and care. I would never take my Apple products anywhere else including the Apple Store.

Yet another one star review! I had an appointment that I made a week in advance and drove an hour for, to have a screen repair warrantied by Apple. I walked in on time, just to be greeted with "we won't be able to guarantee that we will be able to get this back within a week, " and "we'll call you when we can get it in." Very poor customer service. "Too busy" to do any warranty repair. I would not recommend this place. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Man i talked to was extremely rude and there's only 1 person who works so If u go during busy time ur gunna be waiting a long time.

Got completely ripped off by these guys, paid $180 for it to get cleaned, knowing the damage to my laptop I got second looks at it & was told my laptop looks like it's never been touched, and is now completely fixed by someone who is NOT an apple care provider, something is wrong with that. Never going back again.

Would never come back, bad staff. lack of motivation to attend customer. i was not respected with my apple guarantee and had my time wasted for a week. i was originally told they would absolutely respect the guarantee. after all, they are "authorized service providers" worst part, they took my $$$
