Brought in two PCs within days of one another for issues the kids were having. These guys have been great at communicating the problems and finding the best solutions at the best pricing. Kept me up to speed on progress with parts order and when they would be completed. I had a good experience here with my laptop, so I took a family member's in as well. Both times the repairs were reasonably priced and the turnaround time was fairly quick. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed quite knowledgeable as well.

Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness Under new management! PC Masters has taken over Microseconds and ruined a good company. They had my laptop for 18 days and never even looked at it. But the diagnostic fee is nonrefundable "under any circumstances". Horrible customer service. Bad attitude. Don't bring your computer to this company for service!

Microseconds has helped me out of several head scratching jams over the years. As a PC builder I know the in's and out's of my computer tower, but when something seriously goes wrong and I'm stuck, I know they will always figure out what I couldn't. Highly recommend them!

I dropped my laptop off on 1/19 and was told 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and the fact that they hadn't even looked at my computer I went back to pick it up. I had called multiple times explaining that I couldn't wait any longer. When I got there I was told that the$50 deposit that l left was non refundable! No where on my receipt does it say this. I took the laptop to Ace on Elm St and he had it fixed overnight!

This place is great if you want friendly, quick, and reliable service. I went into the store with a broken hp spectre laptop screen that I needed fixed as soon as possible. The two guys that worked there were extremely friendly and accommodating as soon as I walked in the building. They were sympathetic and tried really hard to find me the best priced option. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Had such a good experience in their Salem location that when I had a problem with my computer again I decided to go to the Manchester store it was closer and I hoped to get the same service. I was not disappointed. The service and price was again incredible. Fixed the computer within 24 hours and it didn't cost me a fortune. Either location is highly recommended.
