DO NOT trust these scammers. Bob scammed my Dad out of repair fees that took over 2 months to fix and it's still broken. If he had simply taken this to any Apple store they would have repaired it but instead Bob said they'd fix it and he'd fight for his money back if charged. This never happened and Bob who claims he "has been in retail since 1977 and selling Apple since 1985" said he had ZERO bad reviews or unhappy customers. but if you look on Google you'll see this company has many complaints and here's another Bob.
Stop over promising and underdelivering. This generation won't tolerate it. People like Bob think they can screw people over because there's little competition in the Upper Valley but save yourself the horrific experience, incompetent technicians and a boomer mansplainer who talks over anyone that disagrees with his scam tactics. While it's great to support local it's not worth it if they're incompetent frauds that DO NOT care about their local customers.
If you buy a Mac go to Best Buy 10 mins away and they have a rep that works for Apple. He will tell you that this treatment is outrageous. Going to a Mac store you get treated excellent, you get trained, you get support for repairs and you don't get scammed or discriminated against if you're elderly or a female. Bob should be replaced if this business has a chance of surviving in these times.
The only good reviews must be employees here or they are relatives of scammer Bob! And btw when you leave a bad review, they will laugh at it rather than address it. You think 40+ years as a retail professional would consider customer service important. NOPE. Impotency is Bob's middle name.

Needed a new iMac. After talking to Sue in service to make sure they would transfer stuff from my old IMac, I knew this store was going to be great. And indeed my sales rep Kaitlen listened to what I needed and set me up with an iMac I'm very happy with. They transferred the stuff from my 10 yr old iMac in a few days & gave me very helpful advice on dealing with the transition. Having dealt with the "geniuses" in the traditional Apple stores, I knew I could do better and indeed this group far outshone the company stores. Highly recommend

Systems plus is a rip off! My computer is about 5 years old. I took it to Systems Plus to have any viruses cleaned up. I thought it was probably about time. I also had a problem with my photos not coming up properly. For many of my photos I had just an exclamation point. I was told by systems plus that my computer was too old to download the newest operating system.
When I picked up my computer, they had no answer for the photo problem. They were not at all willing to answer questions. They just wanted their $90. The photos frustrated me so I set up an appointment with the geek squad at Best Buy. In less than 10 minutes, the geek squad set me on the right track. They checked my computer and I was indeed able to download the new operating system.
With that, my photos came up perfectly. This took a total of 10 minutes! Of course I had to go home and download the program but the geek squad told me exactly how to do it. My recommendation, before you spend any money at Systems Plus, go to the geek squad! They are very helpful, Systems Plus, not at all!

Systems plus is incredibly overpriced, and they don't stick to deadlines. Would not recommend. I had water damage to a computer and had to get the data off ASAP for a project deadline. I took it in to Systems Plus, and after telling me they would have it done the following day, it took 5 days and I missed the project deadline, and had to pay the $90 for systems plus to recover my data. Then I asked how much a full repair would be and they quoted nearly $900. I sent it to a place in New York that fixed it for under $300. This place is a ripoff.

I called Systems Plus to request a phone number for Gmail as I thought my computer was being hacked. The service department provided me with 2 phone numbers & suggested that I call one of them. I did that, only to find that it was a scam phone number and people were able to get into my computer. I had to change all of my credit cards, put fraud alerts with the 3 credit reporting companies and inform the tax authorities that I may have been a victim of identity theft.
When I went back to Systems Plus to complain that the phone number they had give me was fraudulent, they denied it. (There is no phone number for Gmail.) I had to pay for someone to clean up my computer as well as the accountant to inform the tax authorities. Since they refuse to acknowledging providing the phone number, they are not reimbursing me for my significant expense.
The fact that both the service department and the owner refuse to acknowledge their major responsibility in this situation would be reason enough never to use their services again. Stay away from Systems Plus!

Liar. The promise that "our service work for 30-days after service has been rendered" is completely a lie! Their service would not even last for 30 mins. My laptop was fine but running slow so I brought it to the store. After spending $100, I got my laptop back with the CPU cooling fan fell off. Now the laptop gets overheated so quickly and power off at all times.
The staff at system plus refused to correct their faults and asked me for another $150 to fix it (Market price for a new fan is $12 on Amazon)! They told me the 30-day guarantee is no longer true and shut down the online dialog window rudely. This company has no honor and no respect for the customer. They took your money, make things worse, and ask for more! Please do yourself a favor and do not do any business with them.

I've dropped off my computer here two times for diagnosis and repair Cons - haven't been able to actually talk to the technician working on my laptop, keep on talking to a service rep who doesn't know the issue and cannot give me specific information - I've been told that two separate times that I would get a call back but did not receive one Pros + sales staff seems knowledgable and helpful Conclusion- repair service could be improved by having technicians directly engage and explain issues to customer. Follow up is not consistent

I left my iMac power cord at home this morning and have a huge day of work ahead of me that I couldn't take the time to drive home and back. I did a search to find where I could possibly get one in the upper valley and discovered System Plus Computers. I called them up and asked if they had any available. They did! (This was very exciting as apparently you can't get them at any of the other stores in the area) I drove over there, was helped and had a cord in less then 5 minutes. I will now be doing all my computer upgrades etc with this company. They were friendly and quick! A+++

I bought a laptop from this company last year. I was very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness as I was selecting my laptop. However, their professionalism completely vanished once I received my new laptop. On its first use, my laptop crashed, and over the next week, I was experiencing daily occurrences of the machine shutting off without warning (subsequently losing all of my work).
I contacted Lenovo directly several times within that first week with limited success. Therefore, I contacted Systems Plus to let them know what was happening. Often times, nobody was available to pick up the phone during their business hours, and when I did reach someone, she was very unhelpful. She simply said that the owner was out of town and that nobody was available to help me in his absence.
After pressing her more, she said that she would get back to me later that week, which she never did. When the owner finally returned, I can't say that he was very helpful. Ultimately, I went through the Lenovo channels and had SystemsPlus ship the laptop back to Lenovo, hoping that they would take some ownership of the problem. When it was returned to Systems Plus (without repair), I was very frustrated.
Obviously the problem had not been resolved, and within a few days, I was experiencing the same issue. The Systems Plus associate who handed me back my laptop said that there was nothing wrong with it, and I shouldn't have any other issues. Also, when I asked for my power cord, he insisted that they never received the power cord with the laptop, even when I knew I had included it in the box.
The associate even went back to check and maintained that there was no accompanying power card. So, I asked him to keep the box in which it was shipped, and low and behold, the power cord was right inside. He didn't even seem apologetic about that. Also, the owner offered to help me transfer my files to the laptop (since I had already done this once but lost all of my files when I sent it back to Lenovo), but when I mentioned that to the associate, he just told me that it was very easy and I should just do it myself. Great, thanks.
When my laptop continued to have problems, nobody at SystemsPlus seemed to care, and they told me that there wasn't anything that they could do for me. The most frustrating thing is that in turn, Lenovo wasn't very helpful to me because I purchased the laptop through a third party (SystemsPlus) rather than directly through them. Indeed, they told me that they were limited in what they could do for my laptop because I hadn't bought the laptop directly from them.
I would think the advantage to buying it from a store is that they stand behind their goods and help to resolve any issues, but this is not the case with Systems Plus. After hours of phone calls to Lenovo over 10 months and shipping my laptop back to them three different times, Lenovo was finally able to replace my lemon laptop. However, I haven't been able to use it for work until now (new laptop) because it kept on getting wiped clean every time I sent it back. Systems Plus was absolutely no help whatsoever.
Since I bought the laptop through Systems Plus, I think they could have taken a more active role in resolving the issue. However, they just passed the buck and were unhelpful. I would never do business with this company again.

These guys rock! I am in town visiting an elderly, ill relative, a long-time Lebanon resident who never bothered to have Wi-Fi installed at her house. While caring for my aunt, I've been trying to keep up with my work, which involves printing and emailing documents, which I've tried to do by tapping into public Wi-Fi at various locations.
This morning I ran into a problem, was under a deadline, and was emotionally overwrought because my aunt is dying. Emmett Frank took pity on me, helped me print two important documents, was extremely kind throughout the process, and then refused to charge me for the printing/copying services (that, I believe, is not the usual service this business provides).
If you are fortunate enough to live in/near Lebanon, please patronize this business, whose primary function is something other than rescuing damsels in distress. They are good people here.

My Macbook Pro hard drive started to fail and I was referred to Systems Plus by AppleCare customer service. Within the week, they had ordered in the new drive and replaced it. For a small fee (AppleCare does not cover), they were able to save my data by doing a transfer from the old drive to the newly installed one. I am very pleased with their friendly staff, as well as the prompt and quality service. I would return here for service or for Apple tech and accessories. Great little shop!
