The technical skill and knowledge is only second to their kindness and customer support. Thank you for the quick turn around and quality work. My only complaint is that I wish the sign was bigger so everyone can see this awesome business and know where to take their computer for any emergency. Do not come here if you want to fix an Apple product. I brought in my MacBook Pro to be looked at, and it took them two weeks to ultimately be unable to determine what was wrong with my computer. To top it all off they charged me eighty dollars just to get my computer back. I then went to the North Shore Apple Store, and they were able to solve and fix my computer all within 48 hours.
