Kosh was a great company prior to Covid. Since then we don't get the response we want and we aren't getting the same service at all. Plus they aren't covering, as part of our monthly fees, so many things now. Just for "setting up" a new computer they charged us over $250. The computer was ready to go but they had to set it up as our IT people.
