Absolutely satisfied. I own a Microsoft lap top pro, which I thought was a cool product because of its thin sleek design. What I didn't know is that these computers are a HUGE pain to fix because of how thin they are & didn't know that many computer repair places are not willing to take the risk to pull it apart. RAPTOR PC FIXED IT. They had never fixed my type of computer before & were willing and able to take on the challenge to satisfy my needs. I am so grateful for their professional business & expertise at a very affordable expense! Highly recommend, these guys are amazing at what they do.

They also had my computer back to me in the time they said they would. I turned it on and it has never ran this fast. Even when it was brand new. Well done guys. I was having computer issues and someone mentioned Raptor. We took the computer in and also my external hard drives. They immediately went to work on my issues. These guys are so super nice and never once talked down to me on the phone, which would have been easy because I'm old enough to be their grandma and know nothing about the insides of computers.

They are so knowledgeable and fixed my problems in just a few days. I highly recommend RaptorPCS for all of your computer issues. I give them 5 stars but they deserve much more than 5.

I called about an hour before close and told Brock I was having issues on my custom build and I knew it was either my motherboard or power supply. I didn't have the time to figure it out on my own so I ran it over and had it diagnosed as the power supply and fixed all in the next business day. Excellent customer service and a speedy fix. 10/10 recomend.

For me, quality and professionalism are the two hallmarks of good business and good customer service. Not only does Raptor PCS excel at this, but they are very fast at doing the repair job. I took my computer in for repairs last Saturday, and heard within a few hours that I needed a replacement part. While it took a week for the part to arrive, I cannot fault that.

When they did get the part, the repair was completed quickly and expertly, and I was able to get my computer back Friday. It runs amazingly well, and this is the finest place for any computer to get repaired or upgraded.
