I was just picking up a pool filter when I noticed Mike's Computer business in the corner of the Pool and Wave Store, so I asked his advice on how to dispose of a couple of old laptops and protect my old data. he explained the process of simply removing the hard drive. I brought my laptops and an All-in-one Dell Desktop to him the next week to see if he could speed it up, it was purchased in 2017. the next day he texted me late morning and the computers were ready to be picked up!

He replaced the hard drive on the desktop for around $100. He reloaded the necessary software and its running like new again! I will definitely use Mike's Service in the future for computer issues. Thanks again Mike!

Mike identified the issue on the phone and had my husband deliver my laptop to the shop. It was up and running in about an hour! WONDERFUL service. Another place told me my laptop was beyond repair due to extensive external damage. Mike indicated this was not the case and that the problem instead seemed to be an overloaded hard drive. He copied my hard drive over to an SSD and installed it back in my laptop with no problems at all, and was very communicative throughout the process, keeping me updated.

The price was very reasonable. I know I'll be getting even more years out of my laptop now. Additionally, he was able to uninstall a spyware program another shop had installed on my laptop for no extra cost. He values your privacy and respects his customers. Highly recommend!
