Our computer kept crashing and kept giving us notifications that it had no memory. We didn't have anything saved on there so we couldn't understand why. We called Mr. Luckett and he handled it quickly and at a great price! He works out of his home and was easy to get to. He kept great contact and was very patient with explaining what was going on. I decided to use Build Ur Own PC after reading the reviews on Yelp. I must say that I am very pleased with the work done on my computer. Carnell was knowledgeable and honest. He told me that he would call that evening to let me know what he found and that is exactly what he did. When I approved the work he told me that the computer would be ready the next day, and it was.

My computer works so much faster now! He even warned me about a potential problem if I upgraded to Windows 10. I heeded his warning and the upgrade is flowing smoothly. I will definitely go back to him if I have any future computer problems.

My computer went down just a 2 days before Christmas. I did a little research online and found Mr. Luckett's company. After speaking with him I was able to bring my computer to him and pick it up the very next day, which was Christmas Eve. He was fast, professional and you can't beat the cost. I will use his services again and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing work on their PC.

My laptop zonked out while trying to update to Windows 10. First I brought it to Office Depot and a day later, they called me to come pick it up since they could not even turn it on. I am so glad to have found my PC guy here. Not only does Carnell know what he is doing, he is also friendly and very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Great service & price! This was the first time something has ever happened to my laptop and I heard good reviews from this place and I am glad I went. The prices are very reasonable and you get a discount if you're a first time customer as well as a student/military discount if applicable which is very nice as well. My LCD screen was completely cracked and it was repaired and ready to pick up the next day which was faster than I expected. I would highly recommend coming here for any problems you have with your computer if you live in Lawton or in surrounding areas you will not regret it.

This was the best experience I have ever had w any service! What a genuinely nice guy, just wanting to help people. I called explained my situation, thinking I was scammed and afraid there was a virus on my Mac, which is what I was told. I dropped of my computer, he told me from the beginning he will scan the PC for free as a first time customer and if there is a virus removal that needs to be done, the max he would charge is $70 regardless how bad it is or how long it would take him. Coming to find out there was no virus on there and he just had me pick my Mac back up.

Even helped me set up my printer which I had issues with and when I asked what I owed him for his time as I was getting ready to leave, he didn't want anything! It is so refreshing to meet honest people like that. I will always go there in the future!

I love the first time customer discount, and the military discount too. Best thing is that he is accredited and a member of the Better Business Bureau. He works from home and considering all else runs a great shop that you can feel comfortable leaving your expensive computer at overnight. He fixed mine twice, don't ask why its a long story, but both times I was satisfied with the outcome and especially the price. I would totally use his services again, but really hope I don't need to in the future.

Easy to communicate with, thorough, explained problems found on my PC, cleaned PC for free after I spent a Year in the desert. Removed unwanted items from Hard Drive all as courtesy. I brought my laptop in because I was having problems with my keyboard. I was impress with fast friendly service and top notch customer service. My computer was fixed within a week. The price I paid was very low compare to another shop down town. He was very helpful and now we are once again able to use our laptop. Thank you for your awesome service, we truly appreciate it.
