My hard drive was crashing. I found ESL on line and the reviews were excellent so I called them. Joe was professional, on time, gets down to the point assessing the problem. He knows computers! He did a fantastic job at saving everything (all my business records) and replacing the hard drive. ESL prices are very reasonable. He can come to your residence which is an extra bonus. I started with this service as of January 14, 2003 and have been with this company since then. I have had upgrades and new computer builds and have had no problems other than the usual software glitches which were corrected. I have also asked for help in the viability of some accessories that I wanted to add to my computer as well as advice on certain types of software to use.
