When our old Sony CRT model TV stopped turning on, I called Radio Active Repair to see if it was fixable. I left a message explaining what was wrong. He called me back in just a short amount of time. He listened to my description of what was wrong with the TV. He expressed his reservations about working on this TV because of its age, the difficulty of getting parts and the fact that it would cost more than the TV is worth but he said he'd call me back later with his thoughts on the repair.
He did text me later and said that it really isn't worth fixing, that it would be quite expensive and that it would be wiser to buy a new TV. I appreciated his honesty and also the fact that he took time to listen to me and to respond to me even though it was clear that I would not be needing him to repair it. If our new TV ever needs repair, I would call Joe to make that repair because of how he handled my call to him.

Completely unprofessional! They were scheduled to come to my home for a warranty repair through the warranty company. I was asked to be home During a 4+ hour period of time. They called half way through the scheduled time of the appointment saying they had the part in stock to fix my tv that they hadn't even looked at yet, but they couldn't make it for the scheduled appointment and asked if I could schedule another day. I missed half a day of work for a 10 second phone call and they even had the part in stock! There is no excuse if you have the part in stock and a scheduled time.

Went to this place looking for a capacitor for my flatscreen TV. More then likely something they have in stock. The gentleman wouldn't sell me the part, but did offer me to bring in my TV to have them take a look at it. The reason for the two stars he did give me a number of a place that could possibly sell the part to me. That was kind of him.
