These guys have no clue what they are doing. My mom took her laptop in for a charging problem, and when she got it back, the computer had more problems than it went in with, including the touch screen no longer working. If this wasn't bad enough, they weren't even smart enough to tell it was a touch screen laptop, and tried arguing with her over it, until they finally looked the model up. Save yourself some money, and avoid these guys.

I took my PC tower in to TCR this morning. I was greeted with friendly personal service. To my surprise, I was contacted within a short time by TCR [Sam Hartman] to relay my issue and cost of repair. A quick hour later I received another call to say all work was done and was available to pick up. Reasonable prices, quick and friendly service. I'll not go anywhere else for my computer needs. You rock Sam Hartman and TCR Personal Computer.

Extremely nice and helpful. They looked at my PC and diagnosed the problem quickly. I only called ahead to make sure I could get in to at least drop it off. Make sure you go to the front entrance facing route 33. Google has a photo of the rear entrance. After my visit today, I'll only go here for my PC needs.

They got to my repair same day. Reasonable price. I was very very happy. I've only had bad experiences at the big box stores: always took days or weeks, cost more that expected and sometimes they didn't do what was requested. Don't waste your time at the big box stores, check out the guys at TCR. I'm going back.

Great place to get your computer fixed or getting a new one! They smash Best Buy prices on diagnosing and fixing the computer. Marshall was my contact and they diagnosed my computer, installed new hard drive, and updated from windows 7 to windows 10. I will go here for all of my computer needs in the future!

My Computer got the Blue Screen of death and thought I needed a new hard drive(it was an old hard drive), Sam Hartman discovered it needed a new hard drive and the Window's update crashed my computer, he was able to fix both for less than 3 times the price at another repair store to just install a new hard drive, I was out the for a little over 100 dollars. Thank You guys for saving my Computer. I plan on upgrading my computer after the Christmas season.

Speaking from a local business who use to use another company out of Canal Winchester Ohio, shouldn't be hard to figure out who that company is. We switch from them to TCR computer systems. The other company is very unprofessional and installed items on our systems that only they could control. When we asked for our passwords they would not supply them, they tried to hold us captive to their company and services.
We contacted TCR computer Systems to come in and fix our systems. They showed up on time and performed the service and repairs we needed, at a very reasonable price. They did not do anything we did not approve of. When comparing TCR to the other company we had, I would say there is no comparison. Are system are working fine and they have only performed service that would up grade our systems and not install item we don't need.
