Please, do not forget to sign it. Provide ample and tight padding around all sides of your media, suspending the media in the middle of the package. This will help to reduce the risk of your media being damaged in transit. If you must ship your entire desktop, laptop, RAID tower, etc., please contact us in advance to discuss shipping methods.
After an intensive troubleshooting procedure we had to replace the processor and some electronic components to make it work. After all this work, we had to fix some software issues to make a good clone and start the data recovery process. This SSD came to us because it was recognized by our customer's laptop but could not get the data back.
