They were touted as being so easy to use, Plug and Play is what they told us. But unlike our TVs or toasters, there was so much more to them then plugging them in and turning them on.
We offer repair and upgrade services either in our shop or onsite at your home or business and carry-ins are always welcome. We can servie trouble-shoot and repair your desktop pc, laptop or business servers, workstations and networks. Basically any type of pc running the windows operating system. Give us a call to set up a time or in some cases, you can drop off your machine for a service with a quick return. Once we understand the problem and quote you a price, there are no surprises later when you pick up your machine.
When setting up a Network, we'll assign a tech to work with you all the way through the process of setting up or solving an issue. Sometimes much can be accomplished over the phone. Some times we can point you in the right direction for downloading and updating to the latest drivers will solve many software issues. Much can be done over the phone to phone or through remote access.
Our Store offers many diverse ways to get the most for what you need. You should have a good idea of what you want your machine to do so we can make sure it's configured correctly. We hand-build each and every computer with old school quality and craftmenship.
