Had my keyboard replaced and James did a phenomenal job! We emailed and called back and forth during the whole process and he was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He had it done in under 24 hours! While it was there he even ran 8 updates on my computer that I didn't even know existed and solved a whole host of problems for me! It feels like I got a brand new computer.

I've taken various computers to CC since about 2005. They've always been very helpful and have saved me money through recommendations. Just yesterday I stopped by with a laptop that had a problem connecting to the internet and it wasn't an issue with the internet. They tinkered with it at the front counter for about 10 minutes (it puzzled them a bit too) and then sent me on my way all good to go. Their waiting period was a couple of days but they were able to fix it on the spot. I told them I would include that they didn't charge me in my review so I won't.

I had a PC built by them and they catered to my needs and were super helpful. It was their first time getting a request for a Pink PC, but they did really well and made sure I was happy with all the parts that I got. Super fast as well! The monitors work well too! Highly recommend!

Guys are excellent, very friendly & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones), without being condescending. I took two laptops in to be serviced. They did it within the timeframe and estimate they gave me.
