I've owned a small business for a while and have had several IT people come and work on things. I've finally found a group I can rely on. The other guys would always come in and try to 'tech speak' me in to spending more money on something - but could never explain why. Invision didn't do that. They came in and fixed my problems - the network is running better than ever.
For the first time I'm confident in our backups and disaster recovery plan (they did get me to spend some money on that - but I understand why and agree). Thanks guys - keep up the good work!

We had been using another company for a while (ahem - the 'Lavender People') but their pricing kept going up and their service kept going down. We switched to Invision about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. Not only is Invision more responsive to service requests - I actually get to speak to a tech when I call. No more making an appointment for a callback with someone who doesn't know my network. If you're looking to make a change - these guys are the best! Thank you Invision!

I own a small business and was unhappy with my previous IT provider. My systems were getting older and needed to be replaced and I wasn't comfortable with the 'old' guys doing the job. I spoke with Invision and was impressed with the manner and experience of Keith, Chris and the entire staff. I was still a bit apprehensive when we began the process of replacing our servers.
But the most amazing thing happened, I contacted them to ask how the switch was going only to be informed that it was complete. We never noticed a thing - no downtime at all. They did an amazing job and I can't sing their praises highly enough. I wish I had been using them all along.

Our previous IT provider was getting harder and harder to contact and things just weren't getting fixed. I started looking for a new IT service provider and found Invision. I met with Keith to set things up. He sent out Matt who has been great. Matt came out and cleaned everything up in just a few visits. Our computers are running like they're new again! Thanks guys. Funny story. Recently called them by mistake thinking it was our regular IT provider. The guys at Invision worked with me and solved my problem - a problem that our previous IT people had been working on for a couple weeks. They did this before I was even a customer. Needless to say, I switched our business over to them and have been happy ever since.

I've worked with Invision both as a client and as a customer. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. They took our IT concerns seriously and in the end found solutions for everything, even miniscule details like storing old Google mail in an Outlook environment.
