This company is trying to rip people off! Over the phone John advised of a $90 fee (3) times! When I get there he asked for the fee first! Before I could even sign in! How about before that he tells his Co worker(in front of me) I'm about to get this $90. SMH! JUST TERRIBLE ALL AROUND! In addition this place was hard to find! NEVER AGAIN TCS! I Don't need an owner response. From what I've read they are just rebuttals and excuses! AGAIN! NO THANK YOU TCS!

I had a really bad experience which them they don't diagnosis the problem properly I would say they don't have proper experience. They will charge 90$ just for diagnosis and doesn't do it properly. My Lenovo laptop wasn't charging as they been a authorized service repair for Lenovo I took my laptop to them and for two weeks I didn't got a update and later they said my battery was bad and I reminded that laptop wasn't detecting my AC power adapter after a day they said motherboard is bad and I need to get a new one which costs 700 overall. In actual case my charging port was bad and which I have change elsewhere. Please do proper diagnosis of the issue see that which parts can be changed.

Very disappointed in the service. I sent a laptop for manufacturer repair back in December. A few weeks later, I called Tower Computer Services when I got a notification it had been delivered and was ready for pick-up. Come to find out, the manufacturer had sent the wrong device. Multiple phone calls with the manufacturer and Tower Computer Services, and I was finally able to track it down. Turns out it had never left the manufacturer repair facility.
A few weeks later, and I hadn't received any updates. So I contacted the manufacturer. They told me it had been shipped already. Called TCS, found it it had arrived and was awaiting a final inspection, but they'd notify me when it was ready to pick up. A few days later, no update. I called again. The person who answered took my name and phone number, and told me he'd call back once he found my laptop. 2 hours later, I called again.
Another person picked up the phone, and had no idea I was awaiting a call back. It took less than a minute to find my computer, which had been ready to pick up for a few days (yet no one notified me). I was able to pick it up today, almost 2 months after it had been sent out. So I'm disappointed in the manufacturer and TCS for their lack of organization and communication between each other and the customer.

I have en epson inkjet printer that I dropped off here to get serviced. They claimed that they could not give me a quote unless i dropped it off and paid a $60 deposit for the service. When they finally emailed me a quote it was over half of the cost of my printer. $375 plus tax. Payer over half of the new cost seemed absurd to me. I called and to them I was going to pick up my printer and find service elsewhere.
They refused to refund my deposit, calling it a service fee. Being a college student money is hard to come by and getting scammed out of it really hurts. If possible I would recommend taking your business elsewhere

I went their not knowing what to expect with a Epson Authorized service facilities after bad experiences with Epson repairs (under warranty). He inspected the machine and with what was wrong with it, bad print heads, etc., and advised me to buy a new one as it was cheaper than the repairs it needed. This machine was less than 2 months old. His honesty was unusual in this day and age. My hats off to you sir.
