Crabtree CPA & Associates

Horrible business, less than professional owner, Doug presented himself as less than competent and essentially a scam artist. Doug was contacted in November regarding a tax matter. And despite having two in person meetings, including personally dropping off all my taxes documents on the date Doug Selected in February, my taxes were still incomplete the business day before taxes were due.

This was quite a shock. This even after he prior two weeks I had called his office three time to actually find out if my taxes were being completed, which were returned to me completely inaccurate THE DAY TAXES WERE DUE! When I spoke to Doug on the phone to try and get to the bottom of it he acted like a crazy person screaming and yelling. Four months I still receive obnoxious/nasty emails and contacts from him regarding a bill he believes he's owed for not doing his job correctly or timely. Doug Crabtree is not a sound person, business owner and certainly not someone to be trusted with your taxes. Run, don't walk away from Crabtree CPA

I have nothing but great things to say about the Crabtree accounting staff. Big two thumbs up for Risa, Wade and Rildo. All of them did a great job when I needed their help. Crabtree provides an excellent service and thier fess are very fair.

Very disappointed with this company. This is a couple of steps down from filing your own taxes. No advice to save on taxes or any real advice of any kind. Changed to another company and I can't believe the difference!

I called to retain their services and was told DJ would call back the following day. Well it's been over a week and no follow up.

Very disappointed with Crabtree CPA. It's been 3 months and my taxes are still not done! Would suggest that the entire office go through sensitivity training - thought my daughter was disabled even after he met her. Will be looking for another CPA on the Cape!

PHONY and UNTRUSTFUL people I have never had to deal with such UNPROFESSIONAL people in my whole entire career. BEWARE that these people are so bad they have there own employees right reviews to try and bring up there ratings. MARINNA RAUCCI is actually a employee there yet she is writing a review about how great customer service is when she is in charge of it. What a joke. Please do not get your HARD EARNED MONEY TAKEN BY THESE CRIMINALS.

I have used turbo tax for years, but when I had some fears / concerns about stock / shares that I exercised on my 2014 tax year, I needed some serious help from an experienced CPA. I have owned a business for years and I had a lot of questions. It was impossible to get the help I needed from the Turbo Tax internet site, which has itself caused some expensive mistakes and oversights over the years.

I wanted someone local and close to home that I could actually talk to in person and an adviser who would make time for me when I needed it. Crabtree CPA not only got back to me the same day as I sent an email, Douglas Crabtree saw me the next day on a Saturday. He is incredibly responsive, reliable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He personally helped me in the area that I was struggling with, and I left his office with assurance that my taxes would now be completed without doubt and fear.

And must say, he is easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain his findings. If you work with him, you'll find that he's also a good guy. He genuinely seemed interested in my work and situation, and he's made some key recommendations to me that have given my business a real boost. I look forward to working with Douglas Crabtree and Crabtree CPA in the future.

Sad to stay I had a very disappointing experience w/Crab Tree CPA. My taxes were filed late with no explanation, over 10 e-mails and phone calls were blatantly ignored, and I am still receiving bills for unexplained services. I had all of my information prepared months in advance and my taxes were still filed late. In addition to all of the bad service I received, the price of my tax prep was very high. Last year I paid $210 for excellent and quick services. This year I got stuck w/Crab Tree and am paying upwards $500. Be Warned!

Crabtree CPA & Associates have always provided me with exceptional service. I am not one to normally write reviews but when I saw what some people had said on here I decided to relate my experience. Whenever I have had an issue with Crabtree CPA, which has been extremely rarely and never anything major, they have gone out of their way to make certain I was taken care of and that whatever was concerning me was made right. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and would advise meeting with them as soon as you can!

Excellent customer service, fixed my business's network and helped with network monitoring.
