Customer accepts that hardware or power failure, physical damaged and virus infection may cause data and software to be lost or damaged. Therefore, we are not responsible for any data lost or damaged and any items left over 60 days without payment. No stated completion date. We will confirm date when we receive all the parts to complete the job. The estimate cost of repair will be processed in 1-2 days.

I was having an issue with the internal fans, so I bought the replacement parts and brought them in to be installed. Randy explained how much more he would have to do for the installation than I expected. Since I showed up late in the afternoon, he had to keep my laptop overnight. He did not steal it, put viruses on it, or anything else bad, and he had me test it out the next day and the problem was resolved. It's still working great.

My hp laptop had a hinge problem (could not open it all the way and something was rolling around in there). I was referred to this place, brought my laptop and it was diagnosed quickly. Randy was great at explaining the issue and even showed examples of how it would be fixed. My laptop opens up perfectly and Randy reinforced the hinge. The price is very reasonable and the work is top notch. I highly recommend this place!

Took my daughter, s laptop in when it subbed went black. Randy was amazing. Diagnosed and fixed it quickly. He fixed it, help me upgrade its speed, and clearly explained a couple easy things we can do to keep it running efficiently. He also guaranteed his work and gave us a great deal. Second visit I have made to his shop and super pleased with the service.

I was referred by another computer place. Randy was super helpful, literally diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the same day. The price was good and he was a really knowledgeable and a stand up guy. Definitely would recommend this place and he's my go to guy for any computer related issues.

Hi. I have been taking my computers to Micro Notebook Computer for years. Vu and Randy have always been able to figure out the issue and get me up and running in a timely fashion. I'm a court reporter, and they know about our industry-specific software. They have cloned hard drives for me, retrieved data, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend them for any problem, big or small. They always do an amazing job!

Greatest experience by far! I called earlier in the morning to request a quote to reformat my windows. Randy wanted me to come by and run a diagnostic to see if the Hdd drive was running the way it should. Since it's an 7 year old drive, I went ahead a told him to swap out for a faster drive. I am extremely happy with the speed. He went ahead and cleaned out my internals and cooling fans as well. Great service and i highly recommend.
