We all get ahead of ourselves sometimes, and so do our hands. If you've dropped your iPhone, fear not - we can help you with affordable and reliable iPhone repair. We say "liquid damage" because, honestly, it's quite possibly not water that made its way into your keyboard. Soup, beer, soda, iced tea, milk, etc. are all possibilities. Fortunately, we're not picky.
We are, however, specialists in liquid damage repair. If your Mac is slower than it used to be, your MacBook Pro is wearing your morning coffee in the keyboard, or your iPhone is gravitationally-challenged: we can fix it.

By the time you're reading this, you've probably already taken your iPhone, iPad or Mac into the Apple store and been told one of two things: "we don't fix this" or "that'll be one billion dollars." We work to provide you with broader service options and a faster, more affordable solution. If your Mac is slower than it used to be, your MacBook Pro is wearing your morning coffee in the keyboard, or your iPhone is gravitationally-challenged: we can fix it.This little device has tons of useful features, not the least of which is showing you the time at a glance.
We know you probably live on your phone, which is why we offer super-fast screen and battery replacement on all iPhone models. Typically repairs takes less than 30 minutes. All parts are ultra high quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), and all techs are Apple Certified. Your phone will feel right at home in our hands.
Like your other Apple devices, your iPad is probably a critical part of your life. Even a few hours of downtime can make a significant difference. While broken iPads are often far trickier to fix than iPhones or iPods, we can usually complete a repair within 2-3 days. 11-inch iPad Pro of both generations could be an amazing asset in your office household, breaking it could cause some troubles. You might think fixing your iPad 11 could be an uphill battle yet, we sure will change your mind about that.

But, not unlike every other beautiful Apple product, they too can suffer damage from time to time. Lucky for you Boulder Mac Repair is there for you when that time comes. We've got your back so you can get back to closing those circles in no time.

I was having problems syncing and loading photos on my Apple re iCloud and photos library. I had spent maybe 4 weeks with Apple trying to fix. I decided that Apple was wasting too much of my time failing to fix the issues! So I popped into this shop. Dusty was amazing talking with me and fixing the problem right away. What a great service! I highly recommend Boulder Mac Repair!

Their staff is consistently welcoming, prompt in assessing, identifying, and problem solving the need, and is very customer driven. For example, I thought my personal information and computer had been compromised when I was out of town and was in a mild freak out today. The technician calmly listened, reviewed my data breach questions (how far they had gotten/ascertained they hadn't gone far enough to be of concern). He then checked it against my Malware (which came to the same conclusion). What a relief!

My laptop began running its fan more than ever so I called the free Apple support service. They told me I needed to upgrade my operating system - that was the reason for the increase in fan. They walked me through that process. Once I had that accomplished i went to my Quickbooks app where years of information is kept and i used it all the time.but it was no longer compatible with the new Big Sur operating system.
Another call to Apple and they had me undo the previous step which erased EVERYTHING on the computer. I was in despair, went to Boulder Mac Repair and they fixed everything for a very reasonable fee, were extremely friendly and patient. I can't recommend them highly enough.they are my new permanent Mac people.

TL;DR Boulder Mac Repair offered a minimum $95 option and leaving computer for 4-5 days even though they were aware of a free 30 second fix. Two of my 4 USB-C ports on my MacBook Pro stopped working. I brought my laptop to Boulder Mac Repair. Dusty said there was nothing coming out of the two ports and the remaining two were failing as well. He said things like "cascading failure" and "motherboard issue" (not as a diagnosis but as possibilities).
He said that I could leave the laptop for a minimum $95 diagnostic and then 4-5 day wait time to get my computer back. I wasn't ready yet to take that step as the laptop was essential for my work. I wanted to research alternatives. That evening, as Dusty predicted, the other two ports also died. I could no longer even power up my laptop. I was desperate to get it back to the shop as quickly as I could but first I did a search about the issue.
I found that there was a 30 second fix that required resetting the system management controller (SMC). It only required pressing buttons while shutting down and restarting. All my ports are now functioning. I called them back to see if they either were not aware of the SMC reset fix or was something else going on. Dusty reported that he was indeed aware of that fix.
He said it does not work 99% of the time. While that may be true - I do not know - I would have expected a service that would have at least attempted the fix before suggesting something that would have been highly costly in money and time.

The honesty and integrity of this team is top line. I brought in a machine for repair, they assessed it and were incredibly honest in NOT recommending the extremely expensive repair that wouldn't work. They also spent significant time on the phone with me trouble shooting the problem and also went above and beyond helping me with an insurance claim. They were also quick and affordable. They have my business moving forward.

What a disorganized business. They wrote my phone number wrong as 393 instead of 303 and no one at the company had the brains to think 393 was a typo so my computer sat on the shelf for 4 days. No one sent an email. They forgot to ask for my password. After they realized their mistakes, they did not put my order to the front of the line. I had to wait more. Buyer Beware.

I thought I needed a new Mac. The battery couldn't keep a charge. It was slow. It randomly crashes. I went to the Mac store and they said it's a "vintage" model (5 years old); that it'd take 3 weeks to get the parts and do the repairs. Who can be without their computer for that long? Just as I thought I'd need to put down thousands$ for a new computer, I found Boulder Mac Repair.
I dropped my Mac off and within 24 hours they had replaced the battery and done a tune-up. They also cleaned the dirty old keyboard and screen. All at a fraction of the cost of a new computer. In sum, my computer looks and works like it's brand new - and for the fraction of the time and cost it would have taken going through the Apple store. Thank you Boulder Mac Repair!

I have had several devices repaired by BMR and when they were done by Rebecca, the work was exceptional. Even bordering on miraculous. Sadly, I went in for an iPad battery repair recently and it took weeks longer than I expected (I understand there were problems with shipping, but if they are just buying random parts from eBay, that doesn't inspire a lot of confidence) and I discovered that Rebecca has moved abroad to continue her education. I wish her the best in all her endeavors, but BMR has lost its edge. I might be coming back, but I will now be checking out other options before I do.

I went in to give these guys a 5-star review and saw that I already did that 6+ years ago. Looking over the review, I realize I wasn't all that clear about why exactly the service was top notch. So I'm correcting that now. I brought my busted up iPhone 6 in about an hour and a half before closing last night. Dusty told me he had some other commitments and wouldn't be able to get to it but would I like to check it in or just bring it back in the morning.
I left it with him and he told me it'd be done around 1030 the next day. I went in the next morning and he was busy helping someone but looked over at me and said the phone wasn't quite ready but it wouldn't be more than 15 - 20 minutes. I went to get a coffee at the old Vic's and returned 5 minutes later. I watched Dusty triage someone's broken MacBook in 30 seconds flat.
He helped a other customer with a setting for right clicking with his MacBook and another person who brought in an SSD-powered ultrabook was quickly helped. I am floored at how quickly Dusty helped so many folks and would be shocked if they didn't all give this place 5 stars and refer ANYONE THEY KNOW to this place. Kudos, Mac Repair and dusty P.s. phone was repaired faster than the 15 min he quoted so they delivered on that promise too

Took in a pretty old Mac laptop that was starting to act up. Boulder Mac Repair got right on the job, called with frequent updates and provided multiple options to resolve the diagnosed problem. They worked quickly, professionally and communicated with my frequently. Highly recommended and the charge for services was reasonable. I'd return here for future Mac services without question!

These folks are amazing! I doused my MacBook with coffee - Apple store wanted $800 to wipe it clean and MAAAYBE fix it, but tried to just sell me a new one for $1200. Boulder Mac Repair not only salvaged all of my info and restored my laptop as it was, but the whole repair cost me $600 and I got all my stuff back! They kept me apprised of the costs and status at each step, and they were efficient and friendly. Don't waste your time at Apple - support this awesome local business!

I have to let Boulder folks know that Boulder Mac Repair is so much better than the Apple Store. They see you right away, they are friendly, they are a local business but most of all they are really good at what they do and have such a great level of service and integrity. Don't waste your time going to Apple.
