Guy looked up my acct and started getting a description of what I needed done to my PC. phone rang he answered and began a lengthy conversation with the phone customer including going out to find parts in the store all while I'm standing there waiting for assistance.10 mins later I left. Worst customer service ever. I guess the customer on the phone is more important than the one standing in front of you.

I just moved to the Charleston area and I was looking for a store that had pc parts for sale. I was looking to upgrade a optiplex 9020 for my YouTube channel. I've seen people on YouTube upgrade the same setup. I went inside and told them the setup I was going for and they told me that it couldn't be done. They said that I can't change the power supply and that I couldn't change the graphics card.

I've seen over 5 people doing the same setup and they had no issues at all. They basically didn't want me to buy anything. I'm not the type of person to mess with anyones job/business. I don't recommend this store. Your better of buying things on pcpartpicker.com

This place is a life saver. The friendly people of this store helped me out with everything I needed. The really know their parts and they also have the rare GPUs. I will definitely keep them in my mind for future business.

I have gone in Compuzone quite often in the last few years and I have always been impressed with how they act professional and offer the best customer service compared to the other computer repair places. Very reasonable prices but what sets this company apart is the dedication, professionalism and the fact that they are a LOCALLY owned business. Feels like family when you walk in - highly recommend. Only business that will go above and beyond in my experience!

I have had multiple dealings with this company, including fixing some proprietary computers for my alignment machine. They have advised me on the best voip systems and even built computers to run my OEM software to the correct specs. I have never been disappointed in the service I have gotten. The owner works as hard as his crew does as well.

Joseph may be one of the best sales rep I have ever dealt with across the board. Very knowledgeable and honest with everything I asked of him. At the risk of getting him in trouble, he actually advised me to hold off on a purchase until the market stabilized instead of pushing me into a less than idea product. This speaks volumes to me and will 100% be back to the store for all my tech needs. Thanks man.

The staff here is superb. I went in looking to build a new rig and they guided me through while keeping me apprised of my total throughout every component. They have a really nice selection for both higher end and budget builds. Would highly recommend compuzone for all your desktop builds. Also, heres some pictures.

I went way out of my way to go to them. Having to go up I-26 & Northwoods Mall is not easy. I hoped they would charge less than Staples or Best Buy. I do not know that I saved anything. I hoped they would have better customer service, but I am not sure about that either. They took a week to reinstall Windows 10 and put my information back on. I felt like I was just a number, but a lot of computer geeks are like that. They were very "matter of fact" about everything and not customer friendly. I can recommend them, but they could treat customers a lot better if they want them to return.

This place is AWESOME! They really know their stuff and are not afraid to take ANYTHING apart, even a 7 year old MAC that Best Buy would not even touch. Great service' knowledgeable techs and fair prices. You won't be sorry if you take your PC issue here!

Great PC repair work! I have brought two separate completely broken computers to this shop and now they work perfectly. The prices are very fair and they have great customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I am from out of town and my Lap Top had an issue. It was 10 Min before closing and I walked into the store to ask a question how to fix my computer because there was not enough time to get it fixed. The Technician Wyatt asked to bring my computer in and he stayed long enough to fixed it for me. I appreciated the kindness and patience to a customer from out of town.
