Ohio ITS's data protection service will take a snapshot of your hard drive and store that image on our local storage systems while your computer is here at Ohio ITS.

Ohio ITS is incredible. Vince has taken care of several problems for me and advised me about IT solutions for my business. I had a hard drive failure recently. [Glad I had followed his advice to back up regularly.] Vince tried multiple methods to save the data. When he reached the end of his bag of tricks he returned my drive and refused to charge me.
