Wild Dog Computers

Asked 1 simple question and then get ghosted. said he hadn't had a store front in several years not sure I would trust him

I have used them for many years. I was beyond happy with everything. They fixed my computers and did all that was needed. My beloved E-machine was rebuilt and upgraded. I got it home and it didn't even boot up. I called them late at night not remembering what time it was. They said it working when they bench tested it. Kindly asked me to bring it in.

They said they found an issue and it must have been damaged in transit to my house. I assured them it was not. I am being charged $50 to fix it after I had them rebuilt and upgrade it. I have had absolutely NO problems with the other two computers and other than this have no complaints about them. I simply don't agree that it was damaged in transit and think it is not fair to charge me $50 for the repair. I will pay it and will use them in the future. They know their stuff.

Fixed my computer on a Sunday afternoon. Great communication and a fair price. Recommended.

I Have been doing business with this company for several years and have had great service and always at a reasonable price. My issues were always resolved. I highly recommend Wild Dog Computers to anyone.

Bought s $200 laptop for my kid for school. Didn't need anything fancy, saw it on Facebook Market. Fatal issue arose within 40 days. Took it back and ask for them to look at it. Said they need some parts. Guy at the counter said "I just work here, everthing has to go through the owner", who is never there. After 4 call backs and a lot of run around, nothing. Nothing fixed, no computer, never a call back. No integrity.

Great service. Gave them two computers and they fixed them with same day turnaround. This is the second time I have come to Wild Dog for different computer issues. Their prices are fair, and the customer service is spot on. I would highly recommend this local computer shop!

My husband had to bring his computer in for repairs. It turns out that he actually had a factory warranty that he could use. At the time, Wild Dog Computers was in the middle of moving. Because of that it was a little difficult to get our computer. However, Wild Dogs personally deliver the computer to my husband's place of buisness. Come to find out we accidentally got the wrong cord, and we reached out to the company and they purchase us a new one and sent it to our house, and it was there in 2 days. This company went over and above to meet our customer service expectations. They were great!

I am taking the time today to leave a very positive review for Wild Dog Computers. I stopped in recently for the first time in their store, and even though I didn't have time in advance to make an appointment - they were not only accomodating.but were able to fix my laptop in a timely manner. Great attitudes and fantastic customer service. I will return for other computer-related issues, and feel very comfortable referring others.

Wild Dog Computers is great! I had a broken thumb drive that several other professionals said could not be fixed or said it would take a lot of money and effort to recover the data. I called Wild Dog Computers and was immediately pleased by their kind and reassuring approach. Obviously nobody could guarantee recovery of my data, but Shane and Dennis had the best attitude by far.

They offered to give it a try and would charge nothing if they had no success. That's all anyone can ask. Luckily they were completely successful and charged much less than the other guys for better service. Their shop is easy to find and handy to the 540. I will absolutely use them for any other computer issues!
