Jim is just wonderful. I needed help, and he patiently walked me through step by step. He never makes me feel like I'm asking stupid questions (unlike a lot of techs I've worked with). He has been our "go to" guy for quite some time, and has always been so helpful. From setting up a network, to computer repair. Jim's your guy!

Jim is everything you could ever want in a computer tech. We are a small eCommerce company. Jim's been our computer tech for 7 years. Besides being knowledgeable and easy to work with, he's Johnny-on-the-spot quick. Most times he's able to rectify any problems we have remotely, and if if he has to be on-site, he's here within a day, often same day.
There's no up-selling or profit made on any hardware (he tells you what to buy and where to buy it) and he'll often say, "well, you could do that if you want to, but you can save money by doing this." Further, his service prices are entirely reasonable and fair. We endorse him without reservation. You won't be disappointed.

I help people better manage their technology for a living. And, yet, I had a snag of my own and needed some extra support. Jim not only was available immediately when I called, but he seamlessly was able to remote into my computer, use clear logic to work through the problem with me, and got me on my way.
