Computer Care saved my day! I was scammed by a look-alike ATT email site that charged me $220.00 intended for problem resolution with my email. There was no help.they planned on just taking my money and leaving me with an unresolved problem. Then, I called Computer Care and they knew immediately that I had been scammed. Computer Care helped me get my money back and solved my problem for me. For this I give Computer Care 5 Stars!

I was calling around trying to find a printer repair company, and I just so happened to stumble upon this one, since they're located in Boca. I called the phone number, and was answered by a gentleman whom already had an attitude in his voice when when asking me how he could help me. I explained my situation, I needed a company printing machine fixed ASAP.
I asked him "how much his service charge was?", and he gave me an outlandish price and told me that it would only include an hour of his time. I then asked "what happens if I needed parts, and if they weren't available, if I would be charged a second fee? " His response " I don't need this lady, find another repair company", and then so rudely hung up on me.
I was completely taken back by this entire conversation. Horrible customer service, obviously he is to busy or just to stressed to actually work. I would never use this company if my life depended on it.
