Absolute best experience. I brought a printer in for repair, which was a hinge. I even supplied the hinge part since they "couldn't find it." The owner claimed it was fixed but when I got home, there wasn't any power. I took it back and after two weeks of being yanked around and lied to, the owner said he couldn't fix it. Doesn't give much confidence to a repair shop that can't fix what they broke. They also buy used volume tech equipment to repair and sell as refurbished. They don't offer any warranty on cell phones, so be aware of any dealings with this shady outfit.

I bought a monitor from these guys that did not work from the moment I plugged it in. They shipped me a defective unit, we shipped it back and they would not replace it. They made excuses about the manufacturer and wanted me to contact the manufacturer. My comment to them was, "I did not buy it from the manufacturer, I bought it from YOU". THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE OF A COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! I DID BOTH!

Seems things haven't changed much in a five years. Product OK, Site misleading, Customer experience AWFUL Purchased a Socomec Netys Rt-120v 1500va online UPS. Great price. Incorrectly formatted web page text display can be deciphered to reveal units are new open box items. (Pic attached) Customer experience: Site touts "Free Shipping 1-2 days" Placed order on Feb 20. Selected option extra $7.50 for "Ship Today", expecting shipment that day. Checked order status on Monday Feb 22.
Order status page returned strangely worded response "Order didn't shipped now." Called customer service: "We don't work on Saturday so thus not shipped then, will ship today. When pressed, they offered to refund the $7.50 for the misleading "Ship Today" charge - refund still missing a month later. Checked status page 2 days later - same goofy message. Called again: Rep claimed: "Item has actually shipped." NOPE.
Not true. Next day noonish Fedex finally showed "info received - awaiting item." Item eventually arrived at Fedex 9 hours later. It took another 5 days for the damaged and taped up box to show up. So much for "Free Shipping 1-2 days". Item was not damaged, but for a "new" unit it had a few suspicious clues. As I was struggling to carry the fairly heavy device it suddenly came to life - display lit and fan running!
The battery connector that the installation instructions shows requires connection as part of the initial setup was already connected. The LCD was pretty scratched up. The case label shows a date code of 2017 and the box has a "Return to vendor" label from 2018 with an entry claiming "Defect v status". The unit does work. It is able to supply its fully rated 1350va.
The fan is a bit loud even at no load. Beware the Astroturf reviews. The same exact text: "This product has a very nice quality and looks so high class, the price is good and I love this, full recommended for personal use." appears for this item and many other items around the site.

With all the reviews I was nervous about ordering but gave them a chance. Aside from not providing a tracking # which I eventually got from calling in, the ordered item was shipped and received in a timely manner. Item is new and about half the cost elsewhere so overall positive experience and would buy from again.

I bought a left handed expensive Razer mouse that apparently shipped from Aztek. Bad drifting problems, so I tried customer service. Here is my Amazon review. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Drifting Problems. First I had terrible trouble with it drifting (cursor wiggling all over my multiple monitors). Their customer service instructed me to do the basics, then said "Sorry, can't help you." I live by computer & tech and REALLY WANTED A GOOD LEFT HANDER.
So I tried to return it as faulty. No response. Then after 3 requests, they came back & said "Sorry - past the 30 day mark." I said WHAT? Not my fault! Then they sent an incomprehensible, incomplete email which appeared to ask me to send it to some place in Texas. Right now I'm responding just to see how bad it can got. Really just out of curiosity.

Don't buy anything from this company! You may see something and think it's a great deal but when you order it you may receive something totally different! Then, if you go to return it you will get charged a restock fee even if you received the wrong item. I had been told I would not have to pay the restock fee but when I returned the item, on my own dime, the fee was charged anyway! You can't believe them, they lie like a rug! Even when they make deals with you they don't live up to them, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS, CHEATERS!

Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund.
I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

All the 5 star reviews are from Indians.there is a reason it is called Astro Turfing. This is such a mess of a place, you found something and it is a great price.doesn't mean you are going to get what you ordered. Here I am looking to get a decent laptop refurb. They have the laptop I am looking at for a great price so I order it. Bought it with Win7 64 bit and 16 GB of RAM and two hard drives.
I get the notebook, it has one hard drive and 8 GB of RAM and NO operating system, for me this wasn't that big of a deal as I work in IT and can handle it. So, they give me a $75 credit, mind you me sourcing this cost me over $120 and I still figured it was a good deal. HOWEVER.I bought the $40 extended warranty from them in the event that something bad was happening to the notebook.
I get the OS on and upgraded and look at that a bad battery and a bad video card, are you kidding me? So, I contact them and tell them I need a new battery and video card per my extended warranty, they didn't make enough to send me the parts. Yes, read that out loud to yourself, they didn't make enough to honor the extended warranty I purchased. So, I am in the middle of contesting them, oh and BTW if you think that PayPal credit is like a credit card.think again they are not.
I have a notebook I love, and after all is said and done still got a decent deal on it.and after I get reimbursed for the money I spent it will be ok - just remember these Indians are incompetent techs and do not even check what they send out and even list the products right and have no honor to back up what they sell in a "warranty". So you want to gamble, you have some serious IT skills, welcome to the house of Aztek where you roll the dice.for me I should have just went to Newegg.com paid a couple hundred more and saved myself a ton of time and aggravation.
Buyer beware as the saying goes, it is your time and money I am warning you now, just like the other reviewers, pay a little more from a reputable dealer and do yourself a favor.
