Established in 1990, Computer Operation Consultants co-founded Second Source Computers in DE. Opening a small retail store in Wilmington, DE Second Source computers original mission statement was "Buy, sell and trade new and used computers". We grew back in the 90's through franchising. Over 25 years, thousands of customers and millions of dollars in sales later, we are now introducing our successful retail store model online.

Services
As such, every person on a system check-in is given service options depending on the problem and their particular set of circumstances. No two people, computers or situations are the same and we do our best to tailor our services to your particular issues, time frame and budget. The $59 diagnostic fee paid on check-in goes toward either the completed repair OR as a partial discount toward replacement.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the type of shipping requested, insurance on the dollar amount of the item and location of shipment. You can also opt for "Will Pickup in store" and avoid shipping costs altogether. You refusing a package is the same as returning a product. You will be charged all shipping costs plus a restocking charge of 15% of the item cost once returned. Please understand that most problems are software or user caused and not covered under manufacturer warranty.
An Add-On business Module is an established, successful business module that has been developed to be added to an existing core business. In some cases, an add-on business module can be operated as a stand-alone entity. The purpose of an add-on module is to increase walk-in customer traffic, sales and profit margins.

Been going to Second Source for over 10 years. Top notch expert repair service, and great prices on new and used computers and accessories. If you need repairs, or another computer, this is your place! He gets your repairs done fast, and follows up with you after the service is done. An awesome way to support a small local business too. I will never go to the big chain stores while Second Source is still in business! You will not be disappointed.

I had a problem with my computer and Second Source saved the day. Ken is a real expert and charges very fairly. I purchased a refurbished computer here for very little which has served me so well as a backup. Also purchased printer ink and flashdrive for excellent prices. I highly recommend Second Source!

I wanted to build my own computer and had no clue how any of this worked. The advice and recommendations I received here were extremely helpful, and I even got a great deal on a machine with an i7 which was much more than I bargained for! Great service, especially for those new to this kind of thing. They really know what they're doing here and went that extra step to fit my needs, couldn't recommend more!
